28 Day KickStart is a program designed for business owners to help their employees create new habits of healthy eating and exercising which will result in increased productivity.
A half-day onsite session will present the framework for the changes that will come over 4 weeks through Fitness, Nutrition, and Mindset.
Deliverables include workouts, basic meal planning, and mindset practices.
A 2 hour virtual group call is held on day 15 to measure change, to answer questions, and to help those in need get back on track.
The 28 Day KickStart program concludes with a 2 hour onsite group session to review progress, and to discuss next steps.
