I absolutely love the Catalyst Meal Replacement Bar. Great name and packaging to start. And even more important, is the nutritional profile. High fiber, plant- based protein, only 1g of sugar, gluten free and Keto friendly. The bar is delicious with no after taste. My kids even love them and that says a lot (they are very picky). I will buy these again and recommend to friends and family. Perfect On-The-Go snack!

The Catalyst bars are undoubtedly the best I have tried, and I have tried MANY on my search to find a protein bar that did not contain whey protein, lactose, a ton of sugar or sugar alcohols. Somehow Sharon came up with the “perfect” bar that contains none of the nasties and all of the good stuff, AND it takes like a freaking brownie! No grittiness, no funky aftertaste, just really good nutrition! I love mine chilled out of the fridge, and they are delish with my morning coffee. Catalyst bar is by far the best tasting replacement bar I have tried. The flavors are so rich and taste exactly like what they are. The peanut butter is creamy and the chocolate is rich. Most meal replacement bars have a gritty texture or are chewy and have an odd aftertaste. These bars have a smooth texture and the taste never changes. Chocolate and peanut butter is my favorite combination and I was pleasantly surprised how great it tasted.

A few months ago I met Sharon, a CPG Founder who’s making a difference in health and wellness. We’ve been talking about food safety with start ups. She’s shared amazing tools for meal planning, and we heard the story around developing this meal replacement bar. I ordered a couple of boxes that I shared at the gym this morning!

This is the first meal replacement bar that is not only healthy and filling, but does not leave an unpleasant aftertaste. The consistency is like no bar I have tasted. I like it a lot! I recommend this meal replacement bar as part of a healthy lifestyle.

Since my weight loss surgery 10 years ago, I've had many different kinds of protein bars and meal replacement bars. The bars have a really good, not too sweet, almost dark chocolate taste that is probably the best that I have had and are filling, but do not make me feel too full, which is important for my smaller stomach pouch. There is no aftertaste, which is amazing. They are really heavy when you pick them up - heavier than any bar I've ever had. So, compared to the last bar that I actually liked, it is the same "weight" but has less calories, less carbs (how AWESOME is that?!?!), and less fat - and it tasted good! That's not easy for me to find.

I decided to try the Catalyst bars to give me an alternative just in case I was not able to eat a complete meal. I tried one and I enjoyed the chocolate flavor. I also liked how full it made me feel. I plan to eat them particularly at dinner time since that is the hardest meal of the day for me. I don't have a lot of time to prepare this meal after a long day at work.

My personal trainer, Sharon Chamberlin, just released a meal replacement bar, and it tastes really good. It doesn’t taste healthy, it tastes more like a brownie. And it kept me feeling full. My youngest has eaten one and thinks it pretty much tastes like a brownie too. She likes to eat brownies, so I'd say she knows.

I am a busy professional and have a hard time eating well at work. I've tried many different protein bars, but I know I'm not meeting all my nutrition needs when eating them. The Catalyst bar is a true meal replacement bar and something I feel good about eating! Even better, it tastes great! I love the little crunch in the bar from the peanuts and mini chocolate chips. My teenage daughter also really likes them! She says they taste great, aren't chalky like some other bars, and they keep her full during training as a competitive synchronized swimmer. I’m a chocoholic and this Catalyst Bar has a great taste. I’m also a golfer, and the Catalyst bar satisfies my hunger for a round of golf.

I enjoyed this bar a lot with my always present thermos of hot tea! It kept me from losing my mind as I ran errands in the city of Chicago during rush hour. I’d had no lunch and was in my car from 3:00 to 7:30 running errands. I was definitely hungry by the time I got home, but I never would’ve made it without the bar. It definitely helped sustain me, which is key!

During the pandemic, I have developed a bad habit of not making the time to get up from my desk and heat up lunch, even if I bring it to work, because I am so busy with all the extra work we have. I thought the option of an easy to open meal bar would help ensure I eat something even if it is while I keep working at my desk and not taking an actual lunch. I just had one this week for lunch and there is nothing artificial tasting with this bar. It is not too sweet either which left me feeling satisfied and not craving another one after I finished. I was full for at least 5 hours which is the longest one of these kinds of bars has kept me feeling full. Others, two hours later, I am hungry. I like that Catalyst bars are moist and not dry or crumbly. I like their density too. I felt like I was eating something instead of air. The sweet flavor was shocking to me since the sugars are so low. I will buy them again, and I would recommend them to someone looking for a meal replacement who likes chocolate.

I have to tell you I’ve been handing your Catalyst bars out to my clients so they can try them too! You know that I’m not a fan of peanut butter but I thought the Peanut Butter Brownie was really good. Bravo Sharon! You did it!

I loved your Catalyst bar! I wasn’t so sure how soon I would eat one just because if I can eat a meal I will. Monday was a busy day though and in between being up early that day and busy all morning with work from 6:30 am - 12:15 pm, it was the perfect day to add it to my morning before a client. It was SO good! I loved the flavor and was surprised to have actual chocolate chips in it. It also gave me something to fill my tummy but not be overly full, and I was able to have enough energy for a run later.

I'm so happy to finally find a bar that has quality ingredients and tastes great! It's the perfect meal on the go bar and satisfies my sweet tooth. A definite 5 star bar!

After trying your bars for a few weeks now, I have to say - I really love them! They are my new go-to bar. First, the taste is on-point for me: I like how the bar is the cocoa type of chocolate-y with a natural nutty hint. It tastes natural, and not overpowering with artificial flavors and overwhelming sweeteners. Next, I really like the texture of the bar: it truly is like a fudge-y brownie, which is satisfying, but not overly dense - there are too many bars out there that are gummy/difficult to chew, or are flat so they don’t feel substantial, or just have strange unnatural-feeling textures. I also LOVE the chocolate chips & nuts in the bar - such a highlight. Finally, I love these ingredients: a real plant-based vegan protein blend, the variety of cocoas, real peanuts, real peanut butter - and of course low-carb & low-sugar with natural sweeteners. This is a bar I can feel good about eating, while eating it, and after I’m done eating it too! This morning, I enjoyed my Catalyst bar with a cup of coffee, and yesterday my Catalyst bar helped me get through 7 hours of transit, whew! It’s a great new companion and I’m feeling good!

I would definitely buy again! I like that Catalyst Bars are gluten-free and non-dairy, but not full of heavy "chemicals". As I've aged, some sensitivities have popped up that make avoiding these 2 things important to me. When I opened the bar and saw it, I expected it to be much sweeter than it was. I was pleasantly surprised that it had a nice "soft" sweetness and a little bite of bitter - like really good dark chocolate. I would definitely order this flavor again. I was also a little concerned about how "heavy" it seemed - the bar is thick. However, as a meal replacement, this works very well, because I feel like I'm actually getting a "meal". It has a great mouthfeel and I stayed satisfied for several hours - even after a particularly intense workout. They taste good and are easy to work into both meal planning and contingency supplies. As a working parent of 2 teenagers, I frequently find myself at events where the only thing available is junk food or concession stand crap. I love that I can toss one of these in my bag and not worry about derailing my eating plans or fitness goals.
