Work With Sharon Chamberlin
In 2009, I earned my certifications as a personal trainer and fitness nutrition coach and founded Catalyst 4 Fitness with one goal: help health-conscious people fuel their bodies better and perform at their best.
In 2012, I left the corporate world behind and went all in, opening a fitness studio and building a business around the thing I was already doing before sunrise every day anyway.
Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women and men get healthier, lose weight, feel better, and genuinely like what they see in the mirror.
My Journey
During my 20 years in the corporate world, my days were packed with meetings, phone calls, and being on call around the clock. I woke at 5 a.m. to get a workout in before the day started and was in bed by 9:30 p.m. Weekends were for meal prep. Sound familiar?
I listened. I watched. And I kept hearing the same struggles from the people around me — trying to eat better while balancing the demands of life, not having time for healthy meals, dreading the drive-thru, and not knowing which supplements to take or what to eat after a workout. Even the people making it to the gym were often making food and supplement choices that were working against them.
I looked at what was on the market and wasn’t impressed. The supplements had poor absorbability. The protein bars were nutritionally underwhelming. I knew I could do better.
So I did. I launched a supplement line built around bioavailability — what your body can actually absorb and use — and developed the Catalyst Protein Bar: nutritionally sound, genuinely filling, low enough in calories for weight loss, and actually delicious.
In 2021, I became a quarterfinalist in the international Ms. Health and Fitness competition sponsored by Muscle & Fitness Hers — placing in the top 1% of all competitors worldwide.
I know what it takes to stay consistent, fuel smart, and build something that lasts. As the owner of Catalyst 4 Fitness, I bring both the fitness expertise and the business experience to help you do the same.
