Hi! My name is Sharon Chamberlin and I own Catalyst 4 Fitness, a local, woman-owned, small business specializing in helping women and men achieve their desired results through fitness, nutrition, and mindset.
In short, I help people look good and feel good, and learn how to sustain this for their lifetimes.

Sharon Chamberlin is a certified personal fitness trainer through the American Council on Exercise, certified by the Fitness Consulting Group in Metabolic Training, and both a Physique and Fitness Training Specialist and a Fitness Nutrition Coach through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association.
She trained for two years under the watchful eye of four- time IFBB Figure Olympia Champion Nicole Wilkins.
She is also a ReebokONE Instructor,
an Egg Whites International Sponsored Athlete,
a panelist on the NBA/WNBA Fan Forum, and a member of the Fitness Intel Team created by Glanbia Performance Nutrition, the #1 global performance nutrition company. FIT is for fitness professionals to give thoughts and feedback on future products.
Prior to all of this, Sharon worked in the private and public sectors, where she handled situations including anthrax scares, bomb threats, managing government facilities during 9/11, SWAT teams, lost guns, and more.
After about 20 years in that industry, she realized it was time for a change. In May 2012 she opened Catalyst 4 Fitness, a private fitness studio, and enjoys helping others improve their self-esteem and self-image, be proud of their bodies and their accomplishments, and have fun while doing it.

Sharon has authored more than thirty articles that are published on the ShapeFit website and has been a featured writer in their newsletters and on their website.
