Hi! My name is Sharon Chamberlin and I own Catalyst 4 Fitness, a local, woman-owned, small business specializing in helping women and men achieve their desired results through fitness, nutrition, and mindset.
In short, I help people look good and feel good, and learn how to sustain this for their lifetimes.
I’ve successfully helped many people reach their goals – lose fat, build muscle, or maintain their weight but be healthier overall
- busy moms and dads juggling work and home while trying to improve their health
- wanting to be good role models for their kids
- desperately desiring to fit back into their favorite jeans
- women who have never exercised before
- women who haven’t exercised since before they had kids
- women who have concerns about their bone health
- women who have been diagnosed as pre-diabetic or diabetic
- perimenopausal women
- women in menopause
- postmenopausal women
Exercise fads and diets are not the answer. Make realistic and sustainable changes so it becomes a lifestyle you like and want to live.
I can help you do this.
Don’t simply take my word for it. Read my client’s testimonials.
If you want to learn more about me, like why I am qualified to help you, or what I did in the corporate world before leaving it to open my own studio, read on for my “official” bio.
