Most protein bars are either a dessert or a disappointment.I like that Catalyst Bars are actually created by a trainer. They are meant for real life and not just to look good on the label. For me, that means grabbing one on the way to the gym, in between meetings, when I need something quick. They don’t melt in your bag which is huge. And the texture is not chalky at all. They are actually really good. Sometimes I like to warm them up for 15 seconds in the microwave and that makes them feel like a little treat. I think the biggest thing is just having something that keeps you full when your day gets busy. It’s simple. It fits into real life and that’s kind of the whole goal.
Just trust me on this…air fry your chocolate Catalyst Protein Bar…you won’t regret it! With real ingredients like almond butter, oats, peanuts, and dark chocolate (not to mention 20g of clean whey protein), this air-fried protein bar comes out tasting EXACTLY like your favorite new dessert!
I found your new favorite protein bar and I’m blown away! I’m always on the hunt for a high-protein, good-tasting snack that is portable for long days or travel… It has 20 g of protein, is made with all natural ingredients, and TASTES LIKE A TREAT!! It’s created by a female fitness pro (she knows her stuff!).
And, IT DOES NOT MELT!!! (Finally a bar I can leave in my car!)
It even transforms into a new treat in the microwave or air fryer. YUM. I can’t get enough!!
I’ve tried enough protein bars to know that most of them are glorified candy with a gym logo on the wrapper. Catalyst is different. The chocolate flavor is genuinely good: dense, satisfying, and not artificially sweet. But what kept my attention was the label. 20g whey isolate, 12g real dietary fiber, zero sugar alcohols, and every ingredient is something you’d actually find in a kitchen. That’s rare in this category. I cross-referenced it against Quest, David, and Built. The competitors either load up on sugar alcohols, strip out fiber entirely, or pad their formulas with fillers. Catalyst doesn’t play those games. Considering the price point and the nutritional value you receive, this is one of the most honest products I’ve come across. Solid bar – I’ll be ordering more.
Catalyst Protein Bars are great and my protein bar-loving office mates were hooked from the first bite! Soft, moist, and genuinely homemade-tasting — but still delivering 20 grams of protein and only 5 grams of sugar. The corn fiber and tapioca fiber are the secret, keeping the texture on point while staying gentle on the stomach. Made with familiar, recognizable ingredients like almond butter, peanuts, brown rice syrup, and oats. This is a great option for those looking to max out their protein without sacrificing taste or quality. Nice work, Sharon Chamberlin!
Catalyst Protein Bars aren’t your average protein bar — and you can tell. Created by a certified personal trainer who understands the real-life struggle of no time to prep, confusing supplements, and bars that just don’t fill you up. What stands out most is the taste and how satisfying it actually is. It holds you over like a real snack, not something that leaves you hungry again an hour later. I also love that it doesn’t melt, and you can pop it in the microwave or air fryer to warm it up. Clean, convenient fuel that actually works for your day.
