Easy Meal Planning
Easy meal planning sounds like a paradox but it isn’t.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have someone else plan your meals, count your calories, track your macros, and create your grocery list?
We think so too, and will do this for you. Swipe to accept the meal suggestion, or you can swap it out for another meal or even swap out just one ingredient.
This is meal planning made easy for you and your family!
Is Calorie Counting Necessary?
Tracking your calories can be laborious and time-consuming.
And having an app tell you what you have already eaten is a waste of time. You don’t need to know what you have eaten.
You need to know what you should eat to reach your goals.
More precisely, an app powered with Artificial Intelligence that gives you meal recommendations based on your answers to questions about you, your food preferences, and your goals is what you need.
And yes, this app also calculates your calories and your target protein, carbs, and fat in order to reach your goal.
Will I Have to Eat the Same Foods All of the Time?
Not unless you want to.
You may want to have the same breakfast each workday, or make a meal with leftovers you can enjoy the next day. You can do both, or neither. It is up to you.
If you prefer variety, my app has 7500+ recipes with more added every week. Some are diet-specific like gluten-free or Keto, and others are for certain cooking methods like using crock pots or air fryers. There are many options to choose from.
The data in my app is populated from the U. S. Department of Agriculture’s database and is updated regularly. For example, it includes 300,000+ foods from Trader Joe’s and Walmart alone.
Additionally, you can upload your own favorite dishes, like your Grandma’s delicious lasagna, and also foods you find in the grocery that are so new they haven’t been catalogued by the U.S.D.A. yet.
But What If I Eat Out?
My app includes more than 75 restaurants’ menus to help you eat right when you aren’t at home, and you can manually add a meal too.
You can also upload foods that you frequently eat, like Catalyst Bars.
Is It Accurate?
Crowd-sourcing is when any user can upload the calories and nutritional content of a food and it is automatically included in the database for all users to access. Crowd-sourcing information is never verified. This often results in unintended over-consumption of calories, and can be one of the reasons you never reach your weight loss goal.
My app does not crowd-source but instead checks every person’s uploaded food information before publishing it for all users.
Is Meal Planning Really This Easy?
Yes.
My app asks you questions to personalize your meal suggestions – from allergies and food preferences to how long you want to spend making meals to how many people you are cooking for to whether you want leftovers, and so much more.
It then calculates the number of calories and the percentage of protein, fats, and carbs you need to reach your goal. It does all of the counting for you.
Then, we use Artificial Intelligence to populate your meal feed with meals you like (“swipe” to accept), and since you like these meals, you’ll stick to your plan, and because you stick to your plan, you’ll reach your weight loss goal.
It will also generate your grocery list, and you can either take it to the grocery with you or order directly from one of our partners – Amazon, Instacart, and Walmart.
