Catalyst Bars vs Other Bars

Catalyst Protein Bar wrapped and unwrapped, next to a bowl of chocolate chips and a bowl of oats

Catalyst Bars aren’t your run-of-the-mill protein bar or energy bar.

They satisfy your hunger, are nutritionally sound, and taste good!

How do you know they are different?
Their features can be separated into two groups:
1) the weight of the bar, calories, and macronutrients, and
2) additional desired benefits.

Everything you eat brings you closer to your goals or pulls you further away. Make an informed decision and be successful!

When comparing Catalyst bars with other bars, think about:

1) The size of the bar. Does the bar satisfy your hunger or are you hungry again in an hour or two?
Many other bars are smaller. In just a few bites, you will have finished the bar and still be hungry. Or a bar is larger yet full of sugar or sugar alcohols which give you empty calories and make you still hungry.

2) How much nutrition do you get from the protein bar? Catalyst Bars are nutrient-dense, giving you 20 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber with just 5 grams of sugar. None of its 270 calories come from the empty calories of sugar alcohols and the 12 grams of fiber is almost half of the RDA. These are great macros!

Think about it…if a small snack bar has the same amount of carbs or sugar or fat that a Catalyst Bar has, the snack bar has worse nutrition, calorie for calorie.

3) Taste. Read our testimonials below. They speak for themselves. Catalyst bars taste really good!
