After throwing out my back, I quickly turned to DPL therapy twice a day for the first 3 days then once a day for the next 4 days. Along with light stretching, I have been able to still go to work and get things done. This is exciting because in the past, the same injury would completely sideline me for at least a day, and I wouldn’t have healed this much already. I think I’m ready to return to taking Metabolic Explosion Training twice a week.
