My plantar fasciitis started in my left foot over a year ago, and then after doing the Queen Bee half marathon last October my right foot started hurting. I decided to start DPL therapy for the plantar fasciitis in my right foot first. After just one session I could feel a difference when I got up the next morning. I still had pain but it wasn’t as severe. Now, my right foot feels better, not pain free, but a lot better.
After doing the Flying Pig half marathon this year, my right foot felt better than my left foot that has gone through steroid shots, physical therapy, and stretching. I am going to start DPL therapy on my left foot now with the hopes of the same outcome I had with my right foot. I would definitely recommend the DPL therapy, it is a lot cheaper than physical therapy!
