Prior to working with Sharon, I tried Weight Watchers and trendy workout videos at home but none of them really worked. I had lost some weight but had a hit a plateau. I began taking Boot Camp with Sharon, and soon after, started her meal planning. I found her it was more than enough food to keep me satisfied and there’s quite a bit of variety included. A little over a year ago, I was prediabetic and it was hard to control my asthma. My A1C number is now in the normal range and my asthma is much more manageable. I also have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which can cause a lot of health issues but since losing weight, most of my symptoms have disappeared. Now, I can run faster and longer than I used to. I completed my second ever 5k, shaving 10 minutes off of my time. I have so much more energy and I can keep up with my busy boys. I went from a size 20 to an 8/10. Now I can fit my entire body in one leg of my old jeans.
