Before I began working with Sharon, I was not motivated to workout and knew I needed to establish an exercise routine. I had low energy, and was not comfortable with my body and how clothes were fitting me. Now, I enjoy having the bi-weekly routine and it’s assisted me with taking more ownership in my health. I’m sleeping much better as well. I feel stronger and am looking forward to more physical results.
I want to tell others who might be struggling like I was, that starting an exercise routine can be challenging, but once you make the commitment, the benefits of knowing you are putting effort into better health and wellness makes you “feel” better—and then the results will come and make you “look” better and “feel better about looking better!”
