Thanks so much for your personalized and motivating Boot Camp class. I have completed only two sessions and already have noticed drastic improvements. I ran my first sub ten minute per mile 5k since high school in 28:29! And at my last class was able to perform more real push-ups than assisted push-ups! You have helped me build so much confidence. As a 32 yr old mom of four kids 7 and under, I had given up on ever being better than a “finisher” in a race again. Now, I firmly believe that with hard work and unwavering prioritization, I can have more than a healthy body weight; I can be an ATHLETE.
