The 14 Day Challenge is a great jump start. I was falling off the meal plan and this was a good kick in the butt for me to get back on task to lose the weight and help me get closer to my goal weight. It’s an easy plan I would recommend it to everyone. If I can do it anyone can. Two weeks is a good jump start and gets you motivated to do more. Good food – definitely don’t go hungry and you can see the weight come off. I would tell everyone to just jump on board and do it. It’s easy and only two weeks!
