I initially began taking Up-Lift because I wanted to improve upon my work out sessions. Mostly, I wanted to see if a pre-workout drink would give me an energy boost after a full day of working at my job. I do believe that I am benefiting from using Up-Lift prior to my workouts. I can push harder through sets and I am not totally spent after a hard workout session. I think it can be beneficial to anyone…hardcore athletes to people like me, but I think women who are pre- to post-menopausal would be ideal. I want to be active but my energy can be easily zapped which is probably hormone-related, so using Up-Lift gives me a safe way to boost my energy and stamina. I usually feel energetic throughout the day that I use it, which in turn makes me more productive.
