I have lost 12 lbs. as well as inches in my thighs and waist. I must wear a belt with all of my jeans, and really need to get some suspenders for my workout pants. (ha) I have gone from wearing a large in tops to a medium and have also gained a lot of muscle in my upper body. When I first started with Sharon, I was not even able to do a push up without modifying it.
Now, I have more energy and do not get as winded when playing sports like soccer and volleyball.
If I could give advice to others, I would tell you that I was not in the best of shape when I started and it is a slow battle, but it is definitely worth the time and effort.
