I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to start my journey to a new and better me! In June of 2018, I accepted the 14 Day Diet Re-Boot Challenge where my beginning weight was 160 pounds. Since then I have lost a total of 40 pounds and am now maintaining my weight. My doctor has taken me off of blood pressure meds, I am more conscious of what I eat, I have added a personal trainer to my workout routine (as I don’t live close to you), and make sure I exercise daily. The Reboot was exactly what I needed to help me become a healthier me. Thank you!!
