Before working with Sharon, I would do different fitness DVDs at home 4-5 times a week. But now, attending one of her classes holds me accountable – I don’t want to miss a class!
Since starting them, my posture has improved, I have a tighter core (sounds cliché but it’s true!), I’m stronger, and I recently ran a 5k and beat my previous 5k time by 3 minutes and 20 seconds. I truly think having a strong core attributed to that victory.
