When I think back to that first Boot Camp class, I realize how much stronger I am and try to keep pushing myself.  In the past, I’ve always hated strength training, in part because I had very little upper body strength but also because I hated going to the gym and doing the same routine on the same equipment over and over.  I really enjoy Boot Camp because it changes each time and I can feel myself getting stronger.
