Up-Lift is a caffeine-free pre-workout drink that helps you to sustain higher levels of mental and muscular output (performance) during resistance and cardiovascular forms of exercise. It helps to:

I use Up-Lift to help push me through my workouts. I have found 2 scoops work best before the hour long work outs, and I take it about 15 – 30 minutes before class.

I started taking Up-Lift several months ago after seeing some classmates drinking some "pink juice" before their workouts. Sharon explained the differences of Up-Lift and Muscle Synergy, both of which I like the taste of. I choose the Up-Lift because it is taken once a day, before your workout, compared to Muscle Synergy which you take twice a day. It is easy to prepare. When I mix my Glutamine Select, I also mix my Up-Lift with around 8-10 oz of water, giving me both a pre-workout and a post-workout drink. I didn't think it would really make a difference but it does!

I initially began taking Up-Lift because I wanted to improve upon my work out sessions. Mostly, I wanted to see if a pre-workout drink would give me an energy boost after a full day of working at my job. I do believe that I am benefiting from using Up-Lift prior to my workouts. I can push harder through sets and I am not totally spent after a hard workout session. I think it can be beneficial to anyone…hardcore athletes to people like me, but I think women who are pre- to post-menopausal would be ideal. I want to be active but my energy can be easily zapped which is probably hormone-related, so using Up-Lift gives me a safe way to boost my energy and stamina. I usually feel energetic throughout the day that I use it, which in turn makes me more productive.

Up-Lift has helped me get the best workout I can after a long day with working and commuting. Sometimes it is hard to “gather up” the motivation after a full day of work and the Up-Lift helps – a lot - and does not keep me wired for hours afterward when it’s time to sleep. I am able to continue with my daily routine and get to sleep normally, unlike with caffeine products.

I started using Up-Lift a little over 6 months ago and one of the major reasons I keep using it is because it really gives me that extra energy I need toward the end of my workouts. I can tell the difference when I have a workout without Up-Lift because of how much I drag doing certain exercises. So overall, it really just helps to give you that extra umph you need to get through your workout strong.

All of my workouts are in the evening after a long day at work, and I am often dragging. I don't know what I did before Up-Lift. It gives me the energy I need not just to get started but to keep me going through an hour long, intense workout, no matter how long my day has been.
