- 2 Peanut Butter Supreme Quest bars
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein
- 1 teaspoon PB2
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- 1 egg white
Preheat oven to 350°F. Break Quest bars into small pieces and set aside. In large bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Fold in ½ of the Quest bar pieces. Mix well. Pour into 6 greased muffin tins. Press down. Top each with remaining Quest bar pieces. Bake 10 – 11 minutes. These peanut butter muffins should still be soft. 6 servings.
