Protein Frosting

Most cake and brownie frostings are variations of sugar, butter, and corn syrup that is made into a spreadable fashion.  Add sprinkles, chocolate shavings, or meringue powder, and the amount of empty calories skyrocket even higher.  A healthier option is to use protein powder and make a protein frosting.

Mix all ingredients, using enough water until mixture resembles a cream frosting consistency.  Refrigerate for 10 minutes.  Spread on top of protein cake, bread, or pancake.
