Pineapple Crush Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla Beverly International Muscle Provider
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vanilla Carbmaster yogurt or any high protein, low sugar yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • ½ cup unsalted almonds
  • ice for consistency

Instructions

The almonds give this pineapple crush dessert an expected crunch. Place all ingredients except almonds in blender. Add ice until it reaches your desired consistency. Fold in almonds and serve immediately.
