- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter, chunky or creamy
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup PB2
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 scoop chocolate Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein
- 1 - 2 tablespoons water
This single serving peanut butter cookie with chocolate drop will satisfy your sweet tooth without sabotaging your diet. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix peanut butter and egg whites until combined and smooth. Add PB2 and baking powder. Use a little less baking powder for a denser cookie, or a little more for a fluffier cookie. Spread half of mixture in each of two Pam-sprayed ramekins. Bake about 12 – 15 minutes, until cooked and firm. Let cool. Mix chocolate protein with just enough water to get an icing consistency. Spoon into each cookie center. Store in the refrigerator.
