- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops chocolate or vanilla Beverly International Muscle Provider
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter or 3 tablespoons PB2
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal
This overnight oatmeal is easy to make and very filling. Combine all ingredients except oats. If you want to reduce the calories, you can replace the milk with water. Pour over oats. Stir until blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Eat cold or microwave to warm.
