- 1 scoop vanilla Beverly International Muscle Provider or Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein
- 1 Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quest bar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vanilla Carbmaster yogurt or any high protein, low sugar yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Stevia
- 2 tablespoons sugar free chocolate chips, optional
For a delicious, easy to make dessert, try this Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Parfait. Combine all ingredients except Quest bar and chocolate. Mix until well blended. Break up Quest bar into small pieces and fold into yogurt mixture. Fold in chocolate. This makes 2 servings of a tasty chocolate chip oatmeal dessert.
