- 1 scoop Beverly International Muscle Provider, your favorite flavor
- 1 cup Carbmaster yogurt or any high protein, low sugar yogurt, vanilla or your favorite flavor
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter or 1 oz almonds
- 1 tablespoon PB2
- water for consistency
By using both peanut butter and PB2 gives this nutty protein pudding a deep nutty taste. Mix protein, PB2, and yogurt until well blended. Stir in peanut butter or fold in almonds. Eat immediately or refrigerate until serving.
