No Bake Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 scoops Beverly International Muscle Provider, your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons crushed peanuts

Instructions

No bake protein bars can be made in just minutes. Mix all ingredients until blended. Form into 5 bars. Roll in crushed peanuts. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before eating. Store in refrigerator.
