- 1/2 cup cashew butter, or your favorite nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup 100% dark chocolate cocoa
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Mix all ingredients until it becomes a thick, grainy, cookie dough-like batter. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto wax paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 20 minutes before serving. Store these no bake cookies in the refrigerator or freezer.
