- 3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2/3 cup Carbmaster yogurt or any high protein, low sugar yogurt
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Stevia
- 2 tablespoons 100% dark chocolate cocoa
Preheat oven to 350°F. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into greased 8” round baking dish. Bake 30 – 40 minutes or until set. Let cool at least 20 minutes. Refrigerate to chill or place in freezer for 20 minutes.
