This high protein low fat cake with frosting can be made as a chocolate cake topped with vanilla frosting, or a vanilla cake with chocolate frosting. The ingredients, as listed, are for the former. If you prefer a vanilla cake, substitute vanilla protein in the cake and chocolate protein in the frosting.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Mix banana, chocolate Muscle Provider, 100% cacao powder, and just enough almond/coconut milk to make a batter. Blend until smooth. Pour into a Pam-sprayed ramekin. Bake for 10 – 13 minutes, just until firm. Do not overbake or it will be very dry. The time may vary more, depending on the size of the banana. Let cool.

Mix vanilla Muscle Provider and enough almond/coconut milk for a thick frosting. Spread on top of cake.
