- 1 - 2 tablespoons natural almond butter or peanut butter
- 1 - 3 oz unsweetened almond milk
Ice cream can easily be a part of a healthy diet. This creamy protein ice cream has nut butter too – giving it a nice smooth consistency. Combine protein and nut butter. Slowly whisk in milk until a pudding-like consistency forms. Eat immediately as a pudding, or freeze for 30 – 45 minutes for ice cream.
