Pancakes aren’t boring. This chocolate protein pancake can be enjoyed at any time of day, and will satisfy your sweet tooth without sabotaging your diet. Mix all ingredients until blended. Fry like a pancake on Pam-sprayed skillet over medium high heat. Do not overcook. As soon as it begins to set, flip it, and then remove it quickly before it gets dry. You can top it with natural peanut butter, berries, or a sliced banana.
