2 Minute Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cake

1 minute chocolate peanut butter protein cake


  • 2 scoops chocolate Beverly International Muscle Provider
  • 1 tablespoon 100% dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon Stevia, optional
  • 1 tablespoon natural applesauce
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter


This chocolate peanut butter protein cake is ready in less than 2 minutes. Mix all ingredients except peanut butter in a large coffee mug. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove and immediately scoop peanut butter down into the middle using the backside of a spoon. Microwave another 30 seconds.
