Chocolate Berry Crunch

Ingredients

  • 3 Lundberg Brown Rice rice cakes
  • 1 teaspoon 100% dark cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon Stevia, optional
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries, sliced

Instructions

Chocolate Berry Crunch is quick and easy to make. It gets its crunch from rice cakes.

Combine cocoa, Stevia, and cottage cheese until blended. Spread evenly across the rice cakes and top with berries.
