- 3 Lundberg Brown Rice rice cakes
- 1 teaspoon 100% dark cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon Stevia, optional
- 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries, sliced

Combine cocoa, Stevia, and cottage cheese until blended. Spread evenly across the rice cakes and top with berries.
