Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup baby food carrots
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • ½ scoop vanilla Beverly International Muscle Provider
  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla Carbmaster yogurt or any high protein, low sugar yogurt

Instructions

Make this carrot cake protein dip ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to serve. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
