Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate (or vanilla) Beverly International Muscle Provider
  • 1 tablespoon natural crunchy peanut butter
  • 15 almonds, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon 100% dark cocoa
  • 1/2 slice Ezekial Sprouted Bread
  • water for consistency

Instructions

Bread pudding is a bread-based dessert popular in many countries. This healthy bread pudding version of its traditional counterpart has great taste and texture, without the high calories, fat, and carbohydrates.

Combine all ingredients except bread, adding water slowly until a thick consistency is reached. Microwave the bread for 20 – 30 seconds until warm. Stir it into the mixture and eat immediately.
