- 2 - 12 oz. vanilla Carbmaster yogurt or any high protein, low sugar yogurt
- 3 scoops vanilla Beverly International Muscle Provider
- 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter, crunchy or creamy
- 2 medium bananas
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons 100% dark chocolate cocoa, optional
Using yogurt gives this Banana Peanut Butter Cake a creamy texture. Preheat oven to 355 degrees F. Mash bananas. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Pour into 6 Pam-sprayed ramekins. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Do not overbake. Eat immediately or refrigerate. Images show with and without cocoa.
