No need to make your kitchen a mess for a healthy and great tasting treat. This coffee mug cake is made by mixing protein, baking powder, and Stevia in a microwave safe mug. Add egg white and milk. Mix until smooth. Drop peanut butter in the middle. Microwave for about 1 minute. If it starts to bubble over the top, stop microwaving and press the batter back into mug with a fork, and continue microwaving. When finished, the cake should be cooked but still very moist. If you prefer gooey, you can remove it from the microwave before the batter has completely cooked through.
