It’s a great jump start. I was falling off the meal plan and this was a good kick in the butt for me to get back on task to lose the weight and help me get closer to my goal weight. My doctor has taken me off of blood pressure meds, I am more conscious of what I eat, I have added a personal trainer to my workout routine (as I don't live close to you), and make sure I exercise daily.
