Sharon is a great overall motivator. She is knowledgeable about fitness and is willing to pass that knowledge on to others. The MET Class workouts are always different, which makes them fun and challenging since you never know what you are going to walk into. This is the first plan I have tried where I attend classes on a regular basis and have a Meal Plan. Although I was skeptical at first, this Meal Plan has been so easy to follow, and that is coming from a person who does not like to cook. In 8 months I have lost 31 lbs and overall 29 inches. Could not have done it without your programs and support. Sharon's programs are right for you if you want someone to motivate and improve your lifestyle, energy, and strength levels. Start your fitness plan today. All you have to do is take that first step which is the hardest. Talk to Sharon as she will listen and find the best fitness plan for you.
— Tamara R.
Sharon encourages me to try new things that I may have previously thought that I couldn’t do. She brings positive reinforcement to working out which I like. I did have a gym membership in the past, but there was never anyone there to motivate or encourage me to keep pushing myself. My experience with Sharon has been great. Joining her Cross Training Circuits and MET classes was one of the smartest decisions I have made recently. I am proud of myself and my accomplishments, and I can not wait to see what the future holds.
— Julie S.
I have a before and after pic of my midsection. I took the before about three months ago right before I started taking Muscle Provider and the after, I took last night after Cross Training Circuits. I just wanted to share how taking your Cross Training Circuits and MET Classes combined with taking the protein are really facilitating awesome results! Even though its only been three months I feel fantastic and can't wait for what the next three months have in store.
— Laura J.
Cross Training Circuits is the one exercise regimen that I have been able to begin since having two children. I enjoy having two hours a week to improve myself after having been dissatisfied with my fitness for a few years. And it's working!
— Meredith R.
I have lost 10 pounds since I started Cross Training Circuits, with 5 pounds in the past month or so. Last year, my blood pressure was 125 over something--now is 110 over 70. Yay! :)
— Cathy M.
Losing weight and getting fit is not easy. It takes perseverance, dedication, patience and time. I am excited and motivated about the progress I have made. It's not just the loss of weight and inches but the overall good health and fitness/strength that I have gained under her training. I am not sure that I could have stayed as dedicated or achieved so much if it were not for Sharon, the support I get from my family as they see that I am happier and more energetic, and the group of women who attend Metabolic Explosion Training class. As we are working out, we are sharing different thoughts and sharing interests and cheering each other on through some challenging routines. I look forward to each class because of the camaraderie and the physical benefits.
Before I started Metabolic Explosion Training class, I felt out of shape, no energy, and wasn't very confident about myself. Now I am in the best shape I've ever been, a lot more energy, and a new found confidence about myself.
— Nichole D.
I do Cross Training Circuits one day a week, Metabolic Explosion Training class one day a week and either the treadmill or elliptical 2-3 days a week. I'm due with our third child in October. I did not exercise during my other pregnancies. I'm choosing to exercise during this pregnancy because I felt I was in a good routine prior to getting pregnant and hope to stay in a routine until (and especially AFTER) baby arrives. My other main reason for exercising in pregnancy is in preparation for labor and delivery. You wouldn't expect anyone to run a race without some conditioning first, and the laboring process is no different! After having our baby, I hope to jump back into my exercise routine as quickly as possible and get my body back to its pre-pregnancy state. And by pre-pregnancy state, I mean prior to baby #1!
— Jen B.
Thank you Sharon, for pushing me in Cross Training Circuits! Your classes have improved my physical fitness, strength and 5K time. I was able to shave 2 minutes off my 5K running time. I have been trying to push myself for a faster time for over a year now. Cross Training Circuit class twice a week has made that happen in 10 weeks.
— Kristie E.
Before I started Cross Training Circuits I felt I was losing all the strength benefits I had worked hard for and I could not replicate on my own. I needed someone who could get more out of me than I could get out of myself. Now I feel more energetic, more focused and driven to go further. I think my body is happy to be challenged to new activity and regimen. I would recommend Cross Training Circuits to others because it is a great way to challenge oneself. It strengthens the core in a variety of ways.
— Linda C.
I really needed to get back into shape. I didn't like the way my body was beginning to look and feel. I'm not getting any younger so Cross Training Circuits sounded like the perfect solution. I feel better about myself now that I'm doing something for myself. Cross Training Circuits is my time for me, and I am getting stronger! Sharon is a great motivator and trainer. She makes you feel good about yourself and is genuinely a very nice person. The sessions are always fun, never the same routine. I look forward to going to Cross Training Circuits each week.
— Laura W.
It is obvious that I enjoy Cross Training Circuits as I am about to start my 6th session....I look forward to the work out each week because I feel great afterwards and I can tell for a couple of days after that I worked out from head to toe. It is also a great stress reliever and a great way to clear your mind. I really enjoy that you'll give nutrition tips because that is definitely not an area I am strong in. However, as an ex-college athlete this is the first work out I have found that really challenges me to push my limits and I always seem to amaze myself when I try something new. Overall, it is my favorite work out and I would really be upset (I might cry) if it was not offered any longer.
— Tracey C.
I am beginning my 4th year of Cross Training Circuits. I initially joined this class because I wanted to find an exercise program indoors during the winter months. I have never left though due the amazing results. Now I feel stronger and more fit than anytime in my life. The 'fitness' feelings last for days after each class. It is the most comprehensive workout I have ever tried. Committing to scheduled class times and participating in a group keeps me on track. I have legitimately lost 30 pounds and Cross Training Circuits helps me maintain the loss.
— Martha L.
I asked for a Meal Plan created specifically for me because I have tried many diet plans that just haven't worked. I thought it would be easier for me to have a set meal plan each day on what I should be eating, and not what I think I should be eating. This plan has helped me understand portion size. Before starting the Meal Plan, I always felt guilty for what I had eaten. I enjoyed eating it at the time but afterwards made me feel guilty. Portion size meant nothing to me. This Meal Plan has shown me that food that is good for you can also taste good. This Meal Plan has helped me tremendously. I am in a routine now and I make everything ahead of time so it is ready the next day. No excuses. I feel good. I am learning that I don't need all that junk food to make me happy. I'm not as tired as I used to be. I feel a difference in my clothes and I don't have to take my heartburn medicine every day. I would recommend a Meal Plan to others because IT WORKS!!!
— Elsa B.
I love the workouts in Cross Training Circuits and Sharon you can be hard on us but I like that. I'm probably the exception but I love to exercise and I'm definitely more disciplined when I come to Cross Training Circuits..
— Tara H.
Since I have been in Cross Training Circuits, my PSA level has actually dropped. This is despite the holidays and its associated bad health habits, and a pretty stressful time at work. The Cross Training Circuit class is the one real change. My wife does make an effort to make sure I eat right and get enough sleep but I am older and stubborn.
— Mike L.
I have been attending Cross Training Circuits two nights a week for almost a year. I also take Metabolic Explosion Training class with Sharon on Saturday mornings. I'm due with our first child mid-November, and I want to try and maintain the fitness level that I’ve built up across the past year. From research and talking with friends, I’ve learned that pregnancy can be easier and more comfortable when you stay active, so I’d like to continue for as long as I can. And, I want to continue increasing my level of fitness after having our baby. That motivation makes it so much easier.
— Courtney C.
For the first week, I felt the Meal Plan was easy to follow and filling. I am on the 10th day of the Meal Plan and have noticed that a couple of pairs of pants seem to fit a little better. I feel more positive about myself. The Meal Plan helps me make smart choices. Planning/prepping meals the night before to take to work have been easier than I expected.
— Julie S.
The structure of Metabolic Explosion Training classes is really helpful in developing a habit of working out. On my own I was not consistently working out.... I feel better toned and I have more upper body strength. My golf game has improved because I am getting more distance on my drives and I generally feel like I have more energy. And I think my body is leaner. I would recommend Metabolic Explosion Training to others because it is challenging and fun. The workouts engage multiple muscle groups and there is a built in variety in the workouts.
— Lynne D.
I have really enjoyed Cross Training Circuits class for the last 2 years. I feel a lot better about myself since I am toning my body. Thanks for continuing to hold class and for holding me accountable and pushing me past my limits. When I first started the class I was scared to death and couldn't do much, and now I look forward to coming, and miss it when I'm not there. People always comment that I'm looking better. I had to go buy smaller pants, haven't done that in awhile so I'm excited.
— Jen E.
I would like to thank you for your Metabolic Explosion Training classes and your Meal Plan. I thought I was in good shape but always knew I had been in much better condition some time ago. Being 47, I knew I needed to work harder to get back to not only where I was feeling good but better than I was before. I have seen guys my age and older that look and do things I did 30 years ago. Now it has only been 3 weeks but the greatest difference is in my diet. Your slogan "Abs are 70% Diet, 30% Gym" is no joke. I have more energy now that I am eating clean. The Meal Plan you designed for me has helped keep me going throughout my workouts and at play. I used to mountain bike two courses - a beginner course, then rest for 10 - 15 minutes while trying to catch my breath. Then I would start the advanced course and feel like I was going to die. In only 3 weeks of taking MET and following your Meal Plan, I was able to complete both the beginner and advanced courses without a break, and felt good afterwards. I could have gone another round but was limited on time. I am able for the first time to perform push ups while balancing on 4 medicine balls. And while I still have a week to go before I step on the scale, I feel stronger. I try and tell myself that same quote you have over your studio door, "It never gets easier, you only get better" and that is the truth. Thanks again for your knowledge.
— Kevin C.
I would like to also say thank you for the encouraging words again last night during Metabolic Explosion Training. I was thinking exactly what you said - about 6 weeks ago or even 12 weeks ago, how much of tonight's workout I could have completed. Keep up the great work and variety of workout as it makes it fun and enjoyable to workout!!!....Tonight at volleyball I did 2 things that I have not even tried for years. First one was blocking and I actually did get a block! I have not blocked (or even attempted to block) anyone in so long that I forgot what it feels like!!! AWESOME!!! Second was actually jumping and spiking the ball down with authority. I have been just standing and hitting the volleyball. My timing and legs just never seemed to have the energy or strength to jump. My team was as surprised as I was!
I have been taking Cross Training Circuits for about a year and a half, and about 6 months ago I decided to add a Saturday morning MET class. It was the best decision I have made. It was the perfect balance to round out my week for working out. I do occasionally workout another days of the week, but never anything consistent. This was a great add to make sure I was getting a great workout every week. MET class is the exact step and addition to Cross Training Circuits that I needed. The addition of the weights and the "toys" pushes me in another way each week. Every class I walk away feeling like I got a great total body work out. The environment Sharon creates is one where everyone feels like they can succeed! Sharon also provides a personal touch that I have never got with any other trainer I have met or worked out with. She really gets to know her clients and will go the extra mile for them. I found out I was pregnant in January with my first child. So everything is new to me. There is no one else I would rather work out with at this time. She is watching out for me and doing research to make sure I stay safe while working out. So far workouts have been going great and I hope to be able to continue them throughout the rest of my pregnancy.
— Tracey C.
In 12 weeks of online coaching, I've lost 15 lbs, 3.5" from my waist, 3" from my hips, 2" from my chest, 1" from my neck, more than 1/2" from each bicep, more than 1" from each thigh, and 1/2" from each calf. Clothes are continuing to get bigger, which makes me happy.
I would recommend your Meal Plan to others because of the variety in options of food and it is easy to follow and to plan.
— Emily L.
I think you are an EXCELLENT trainer and am lucky to have found you.
— Michele W.
Before starting your Meal Plan, I felt bloated and had no energy, now I feel so much better. It is easy to follow and filling. I don't feel bloated. My clothes are already feeling more loose....and it's only been 9 days! I would recommend your Meal Plan to others because it works!
— Andrea T.
My 28 day challenge, the Memorial Day Weight Loss 28 Day Challenge, has ended today...who would have thought this really worked.....down 9 lbs. and some inches here and there. Pat on the back for me, cause I stuck with it! Thanks Sharon for the boost!
I joined MET to help me with two goals. #1- to regain my overall strength after a leg injury last summer left me completely drained and out of shape and #2 - to complete the Flying Pig Half Marathon. Doing #2 was completely dependent on accomplishing #1 and I accomplished both with your help!
— Julie M.
I would recommend Cross Training Circuits to others because it is a good way to motivate yourself - when others are around you, you (at least I do) push yourself harder.
— Jenny B.
I definitely would recommend Sharon's Metabolic Explosion Training class. I love the small group setting as opposed to a big gym. It's a really great workout and she makes it fun! I feel like I'm getting stronger every day!!
I initially joined Metabolic Explosion Training class because I needed to feel accountable and I also wanted variety in my workout. I felt discouraged. MET Class is a way to push yourself, have variety in your workout, and get to learn more about being healthy.
— Jen B.
This is the first time I have ever stuck with a workout program, and it's more than a year. I get bored easily and with MET class I do not think I have ever done the same workout twice. I love the variety, challenge and the people. I look forward to going to class every week!!
— Kelly C.
I would recommend Metabolic Explosion Training class because it pushes you to the next level. I have done workouts in this class that I would have never tried or thought I would be able to complete. When Sharon tells you that you can do it, she's right...you can!
The food on the Meal Plan is easy to prepare and is easy to follow. I'm learning portion control and healthy eating habits.
— Jennifer B.
Before I started Metabolic Explosion Training class, I felt run down, out of shape. I would recommend MET class to others because it is a life-changing event. It's challenging and fun, and you can tell each time that you worked out. And I love your Meal Plan!
— Jennifer K.
Your Fitness & Nutrition Myths De-bunked class helped me make better food choices and gave information about protein shakes.
— Dawn K.
I actually lost a couple pounds between Christmas and New Year's instead of gaining 5 - 10 and starting the new year even further away from "healthy" as I have in years past. I've recommended your program to a couple friends and wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future. Thank you!
— Mindi B.
Cross Training Circuits is a great way for me to relief stress and I can challenge myself on different levels. I am able to push past my comfort zone because others around me are doing it. It is a great motivation for me. I hope I can keep up this lifestyle I'm trying to make for myself and I appreciate the part that you have played in helping me get there!
I would recommend Metabolic Explosion Training class because it is an awesome workout and there is always something new! It is a class that is never boring!
You do a great job of explaining the exercises in Metabolic Explosion Training class, and pushing me to go further than I think I can. The exercises are not monotonous and predictable. I have seen great improvements in my strength and flexibility. I couldn't do a wall sit for 20 seconds when I started, now I can do it for a minute....I have more energy, and am more confident.
I would recommend MET class because it pushes you to the next level. I have done workouts in this class that I would have never tried or thought I would be able to complete. When Sharon tells you that you can do it, she's right...you can!
Your Nutrition class helped me to understand easy ways to eat healthy.
— Erin P.
Your Fitness and Nutrition Myths De-bunked class helped me to learn what are good things to eat in the morning to get my body going for the day. It also helped me understand how certain foods can help your body and others do not.
— Eileen P.
I have only good things to say about my experience with Sharon as I trained for and completed the half marathon. The workouts were very challenging and got me prepared. She kept up with my progress diligently and made sure I was taking care after workouts as well. I especially liked how she kept me accountable via Facebook with humor and toughness.
— Jenny W.
I asked for a Meal Plan because I wanted to learn how to better fuel my body. Before I felt tired and bloated. Since following the Meal Plan I feel more energetic and less bloated. Preparing the food was much easier than I thought it would be. My stomach feels less flabby. I would recommend this to others because it is a great tool to learn how to fuel your body. It teaches you to create well balanced meals and snacks.
— Kelly C.
I have to say that my clothes are fitting much more comfortably, and my resentment toward my dryer has almost disappeared. We're at least on speaking terms again. It has been a fabulous month. Thanks so much for your help! ... Overall, I feel better and have been encouraged to rely less on my pantry and eat more cleanly. ... This has been a great jump start for me. Thank you so much for putting together a program that is easy to follow and gets results.
— Jami R., after finishing the Memorial Day Weight Loss 28 Day Challenge
While the notion of "Cross Training Circuits" sounds intimidating that is far from the reality. I have enrolled in multiple sessions of Sharon's Cross Training Circuit class. It is a full body workout. There is always something new to learn. Sharon provides alternatives to exercises for individuals who want more or less of a challenge. It is always great fun, a great workout and provides a great sense of accomplishment after every class. Yes, it's GREAT! Everybody is supportive of one another, including Sharon. She is a great instructor, knows her stuff and consistently brings something new to the table making it fun and interesting. She has a lot of knowledge and is always willing to share her advice or opinions on questions or concerns expressed by class participants. The biggest plus is that Sharon is supportive of our wants, needs and challenges and does everything she can to accommodate. She has no "expectations" of anyone other than working with you and moving you forward to the next level of strength and endurance.
— Miriam W.
Thank you so much! I loved/hate your ebook, Top Foods to Avoid, it was so insightful for me. I really thought that the juices I chose were healthy, now I will label read like NEVER before.
— Alisa B.
I love C4F Cross Training Circuits because it is an effective, safe workout that is held in a casual environment and the exercises are easily modified for everybody’s level of fitness. I have been involved in physical fitness both personally and professionally for 30 years so I feel confident when telling people that Sharon is an excellent trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition, but I think just as importantly, she truly cares about her clients and getting them in to shape and better health!
— Rolanda D.
I initially joined Metabolic Explosion Training class because I wanted to change my body and get toned. I felt flabby, not strong. Now I feel leaner and stronger. MET class is a way to change up your workout routine and get stronger each week.
— Kristie E.
I would recommend Cross Training Circuits to others because Sharon is encouraging and when I go there to work out, I don't feel like I am being judged. I feel like I am pushed to do my best, but I don't have to worry about what anyone else is doing. I have built up my endurance and my strength so much due to this class. I feel so much better about myself and my body. Although I haven't quite met my goals yet, I know that I am healthier and stronger than I have been in a long time. The other girls in the class are also encouraging and we have fun. It is always great to see progression in the other women and for them to notice how far I have come as well. Thanks! Looking forward to working with you again this session!
— Maria B.
For the past two weeks since starting your Meal Plan, I am working out by taking Metabolic Explosion Training classes and eating right. I'm finally sleeping and have energy to get up every morning....Not sure that words are enough but Thank You for starting up your own business and taking a chance on something that you love to help. Your love for nutrition and exercise motivate others to do the same. Plus your understanding that not everyone is on the same fitness level is amazing too.
In just 10 weeks of being an online client, my husband Dennis, lost 29 lbs. and 10" - 5" from his waist, 3" from his hips, and almost 2" from his chest.
I also lost 15.5 lbs. and 4.5" - 2" from my waist, 1.5" from my hips, and 1" from my neck.
— Dennis and Laura W.
A personal trainer should understand a clients' limitations and age (senior) while setting up a program that is most beneficial, and not a "one size fits all". She should be supportive, understanding yet firm enough to make you want to push yourself to work towards your goal while understanding that each client must work at their own pace....Sharon is this type of personal trainer.
— Roz G.
Cross Training Circuits is exactly what I was looking for as far as a workout. It keeps me motivated to have a class that I can attend with other people every week and I like the exercises we do. I have never been a fan of running and this is the exactly what I was looking for. It keeps me moving and that is exactly what I was looking for. ... After just a few classes I could tell by different exercises I was already getting stronger....it was absolutely perfect and I love it. Sharon is so great at making sure everyone is doing things at their level. She continues to challenge everyone! I love Cross Training Circuits!!!
— Nicole K.
Cross Training Circuits holds me accountable to work out and mixes up the routine of going to the gym. I always leave feeling like I got a good work out!
— Carie C.
I needed a change in my workout routine so I joined Metabolic Explosion Training class. I felt sluggish before but now I feel motivated. MET Class is a challenging class that is also fun.
— Kim L.
I enjoyed Cross Training Circuits class tremendously. It almost becomes addicting. Not a bad addiction to have! Thank you!!
— Holly R.
Before I started Cross Training Circuits, I felt fat and lazy. Now I feel stronger and thin.
— Melissa Y.
After one month of online fitness and nutrition, I lost 5 lbs. and 3.5" - 1" in my chest, 1/2" in my hips, 1" in my waist, and 1" in my neck.
— Margo C.
Cross Training Circuits is the best exercise program I have ever done!!....There are all different levels of fitness in my group from - what I would call "fit" women to someone like me who hasn't exercised in like 15 years.
— Jennifer B.
In my first 14 days as an online client, I lost 5 lbs. and 1" from my neck. In 8 weeks, I lost lost 18 lbs. and 5" - 1" from my neck, 2" from my hips, and 2" from my chest.
I've really enjoyed Cross Training Circuits....I can tell a difference just from 1 workout a week and I can't wait to get to do both days a week. I'm normally intimidated by trainers but you've made me feel really comfortable and pushed me to do better! It's been great!
— Stephanie B.
Having had major surgery in the past, it was important for me to find a personal trainer that would be able to set up a program that takes into consideration my physical limitations. Sharon has been able to do this for me.
— John G.
I recommend Cross Training Circuits because of the great variety in workouts!
Sharon always has such great ideas for workouts and keeps us motivated in Cross Training Circutis! It is truly so enjoyable and I always love coming to class. This class is my favorite workout class by far that I have ever done!
— Nicole B.
Before starting the Meal Plan I felt dissatisfied with my appearance, bloated, and lacking in energy. Now I feel much more energized. I'm finding I enjoy foods that I used to shy away from. I'm also feeling less bloated than before. After just two weeks, I'm starting to notice some small changes in and around my waist, which is where I am carrying the majority of the weight I'd like to lose. I thought I would be hungry all the time...but I'm continually surprised by how much food I get in each meal. The Meal Plan is not complicated. The meals are straightforward and don't require any odd ingredients.
— Korie C.
I have struggled with portion sizes, and eating healthy all my life. The Meal Plan has been easy, structured. I feel successful, more energized, healthy, prepared, and accountable. My first 2 week weigh in was shocking for me - the Meal Plan worked wonders! Every other plan/diet has been a failure for me except this Plan. I am soooo thankful for you and I am still in shock by my progress from my weigh-in on Saturday. I don't think I have ever felt so proud of myself, and it is because of you. Thank you for your guidance and support! Can't wait to see how I progress!
— Amanda B.
Thank you for making trying on/buying pants enjoyable again! I'll admit I hate buying pants or shorts (which is one reason why I wear lots of skirts & dresses). But since I've been on your Meal Plan, well, I went to the Gap Outlet on Friday - and I ended up buying 6 pairs of pants - ALL IN ONE SMALLER SIZE!!
— Donna C.
I tried Atkins.....that got the weight off quick but it did not stay off because who does not like bread. I tried online Weight Watchers but you can eat anything as long as you do not exceed the points. I may have lost weight but I was not eating enough of the right foods. I went to calorie counting with Fitness Pal but again it left decision-making to me without guidelines. I knew what the right choices were but I gave into temptations that used up the points or the calories. This Meal Plan works because there are guidelines that make sense. It takes into consideration your activity level along with reasonable goals. Filling your meal with the right foods reduces the temptations greatly!I was very hesitant myself but the results are proven. It works! It's not just another ridiculous diet but a way of eating and living. Eating healthy daily does have a positive impact. I was eating healthy 60% of the time before I began. Now I am 95%.....I still have some temptations but they are fewer and further apart because I am satisfied each day.
— Linda C.
After following Sharon's Meal Plan for a little while, I went out shopping yesterday for some things for Spring Break. I knew my shorts probably wouldn't fit from last summer (size 10) so when I went into the dressing room, I took in a 6 and an 8. To my surprise they were too big...I went out with a 4 and a BIG smile on my face.
— Angie M.
I would recommend this Meal Plan to others because it takes all of the guessing out of eating. It focuses your mind on exactly what goes in your mouth and when. It provides structure and takes away eating excuses.
— Kristi S.
There are so many confusing research studies out there that make my head spin.. eat carbs, don’t eat carbs, eat fruit, don’t eat fruit. So I thought getting a meal plan by a nutrition expert would calm my uncertainties. Before starting the Meal Plan, I was unmotivated, out of control and sluggish. The Meal Plan is awesome! Almost everything on there I already ate and liked, so putting them together at the right times was very satisfying. I put foods together that I never thought of and loved, like mixing cantaloupe with cottage cheese and walnuts with yogurt. It is easy to follow and satisfying. I’m proud of myself for doing so and feeling more energy.
— Anna P.
I know that strength training is important to overall health, as well as impactful to optimal weight management and fitness. I sought out Sharon’s expertise to have Workouts To Go that I could do in my home 2 to 3 times/week with the weights and equipment that I have. Since I began following these programs, I feel stronger. Adding a focused strength training program has given me more energy and I notice that I can push myself harder in Metabolic Explosion Training class and Cross Training Circuits.
My overall health is great. In general, working with Sharon has eliminated the aches I was beginning to have in my right shoulder and knees. I know this is a result of strengthening my muscles. And, for my body, the strength training, along with MET and Cross Training Circuits has made an impact in definition and tone.
I am very satisfied with the programs. I am challenged and they eliminate the boredom of just doing the same thing. Also with the strength training, I am able to keep challenging myself simply by increasing the amount of weights that I use.
WTG is very effective, as well as convenient because you can do it in your home and, for me, this does not allow for any excuses. Also, I do it first thing in the morning and it really starts the day off right.
— Karen H.
Thanks for another awesome workout in Cross Training Circuits! I'm not sure if I'm just getting old or if you are just that dang good cause you kick my butt on Tuesdays! Thanks!!
— Shanna P.
Just want to let you know I had the best physical ever!! I had not been for a physical for about 2 1/2 years but at my last one, my cholesterol was 224, with my bad cholesterol high and good cholesterol low. Now my cholesterol is 180. All of my risk factors are gone due to eating much better and consistent exercise. Thank you for keeping me motivated, healthy and your MET classes are a lot of fun!!!
I would recommend Workouts To Go to others because they are perfect for people with busy schedules. You don't have to be at a gym between certain hours or make a class. You can fit these in whenever and wherever you have time. They are also great for people doing other things that want to add variety to their workouts. While the exercises are similar to what we do in MET class, the resistance bands make the workout feel totally different and challenging.
The personalization Sharon is able to do with these workouts is great. Right now, she is helping me target a specific area where I am lacking in strength and flexibility. This is the first time since the injury that I've been able to focus on that one area and try to improve my range of motion.
— Korie C.
I loved learning something new in TRX / Rip Trainer Class and pushing myself and my muscles. The next day I definitely knew I had worked out!! I also enjoyed pairing with a classmate. It was great to have the support and encouragement. Can't wait for the next one and bring on the side planks!!!
— Laura M.
I initially signed up for Cross Training Circuits because, as I've gotten older, I've put on weight and things aren't in quite the right places anymore. After just 3 months of Cross Training Circuits and 1 month of Metabolic Explosion Training class and I really like the changes I'm seeing! The muffin top is starting to disappear and my clothes are fitting much better. And for the first time ever, I'm actually enjoying group exercise. Your classes are fun despite what I may say or look like when I'm in the middle of one!

I want to thank you for Cross Training Circuits - after class one I felt more energized. In week one I was unable to do a push up or (the dreaded) in and outs. This week I can see marked improvement - sometimes getting a real push up or 2 in instead of those on my knees, and at least being able to balance on my butt for in and outs- which was impossible 5 weeks ago. Yay. Thanks again- I really enjoy Cross Training Circuits and your approach and personality. ;)
— Beth M.
I wanted to join Sharon’s Core Strength Class but couldn’t figure out how to fit it into my schedule. Instead I asked Sharon to create a core Workout to Go. I love the ease of having a plan and fitting into my schedule. Most of all, I’m thrilled to know that I’m still getting a good workout even if it’s at my home.
Just had to share...Had a doctor's appointment this morning and the last time I was there, my a1c was borderline prediabetic. With my weight loss since January and the boost I've gotten with your Meal Plan, I'm happy to say I'm no longer prediabetic. Great news! I also did some shopping this week. I had no Fall clothes that fit. I have a bin full of clothes from last year that are useless to me now. I know the most important thing is my health and I'm definitely happy about the changes I'm seeing in that area. I sleep better. My asthma is more in control than it has been in years. I have so much more energy and endurance. But I've always had a problem finding clothes I liked that fit me properly. This time last year, I was a size 20/1-2x. I just bought my first pair of size 12 jeans since I was a teenager. And I'm not going to say how long ago that was :) It's a pretty great feeling.
— Katie J.
The TRX class that Sharon held was AMAZING!!! Even though I hurt like heck the next day, I felt very challenged with all the exercises we did!! I especially liked doing the atomic/pike push ups, the mountain climbers, the tricep extensions, and the plank! I think it is a perfect addition to my workout routine. Would love to do a class at least once a month!
— Sue C.
Since beginning these Workouts To Go programs, I feel like I have a better understanding of how to workout.
— Sam S.
Before I started Metabolic Explosion Training Class, I felt like I needed to add something to my existing workout routine and diet. I wanted to look and feel more fit and leaner. Now I feel more fit and stronger. I like my body more now than I did a year ago. I would recommend MET Class to others because the class provides a great opportunity to vary your workout routine in a non competitive supportive environment. I trust Sharon as a trainer.
— Eileen H.
I mixed vanilla egg whites and chocolate Muscle Provider with a teaspoon of natural peanut butter, and then froze it. IT ROCKED! What a totally delicious sweet treat. I’ve also drank the chocolate egg whites and vanilla egg whites as a protein drink, right out of the refrigerator, and found them tasty! I made my mom and French toast with chocolate egg whites today. In hers, I used vanilla Muscle Provider, and in mine, I used chocolate Muscle Provider because when it comes to chocolate, my opinion is go big or go home. Delicious – we both loved them!
— Erika S.
It's official! This is the best ice cream ever! I mixed 1 scoop vanilla Beverly International Muscle Provider with pumpkin spice egg whites and a dash of cinnamon. I'm serious - this is better than Graeter's ice cream! pumpkin pancake. Doesn't get much better!
— Laura M.
I made a chocolate caramel protein pancake. OMG – so delicious! I took your chocolate protein pancake recipe and used chocolate caramel egg whites instead of regular ones. It tastes like a candy bar but it’s good for you!
— Korie C.
Oh my gosh! I am in heaven!! A frozen treat that tastes great and is good for you too!! Reminds me of homemade vanilla custard ice cream!! Vanilla egg whites with vanilla Muscle Provider! What a fabulous treat!!!! I’ve also used the vanilla egg whites to make two different breakfasts. The first was French toast. Sinfully good! The other was in a Blueberry French Toast casserole where I also substituted with Ezekial bread. So incredibly delicious ! A slice of heaven!!! The chocolate egg whites ROCK!!! Better than Nestle Quik chocolate milk. I’m drinking it for dessert!!! Very cold and slushy!! Yum!!
— Eileen H.
Absolutely delicious! I made ice cream with vanilla egg whites and vanilla Muscle Provider, and then topped it with blueberries.
— Julie M.
For breakfast, I'm enjoying a super charged protein shake complete with vanilla egg whites, vanilla Muscle Provider, water, and frozen strawberries. Yummy!
— Nichole D.
Before starting the Meal Plan, I was working so hard in the gym, at Metabolic Explosion Training class, and at Cross Training Circuits but kind of leveled off as far as physical results. I knew I needed an extra boost. The first week of the Meal Plan was pretty amazing! I like the structure and the fact that I was never hungry but never stuffed after meals. Plus I liked everything I was eating. I now feel better about myself. I know that I'm eating food that is good for me and working toward a big goal - losing 20 pounds. That makes me proud, and it also helps me stay on track. I feel less bloated after eating. And my stomach doesn't LOOK bloated after I eat. I've also had some small changes in my measurements and weight that are encouraging. Slow and steady wins the race as they say! :) I have learned to prepare for unexpected work meetings or when I won't have access to a refrigerator by having protein powder and/or Quest bars on hand at all times, just in case so that I don't get hungry and give in to some junk that's being served at a work event. The Plan is overall easier than I expected. I had become so lazy in my eating habits - I was used to just eating whenever I felt like it. Thought I was generally a "healthy" eater, if I wanted a brownie, I ate a brownie. I was nervous about being more disciplined because it takes a lot of work. But having cheat meals to look forward to makes it easier and less intimidating. I would recommend Meal Plans to others because if you're committed to a healthy you and want real results, why not? It's not "easy" so if you think you're going to magically drop 20 lbs, think again. This is about a commitment to being healthier, and I would be able to do it if I didn't feel like I was willing to put the work in. You have to supplement with your efforts at the gym too! I am really happy so far and can't wait to see my progress as I go!
— Erika S.
Cross Training Circuits has paid off in many ways. I'm excited to announce Hudson Reed Bruemmer, born at 12:17am on 5/28. He weighed 9 lbs. 8.4 oz., and was 21 1/4" long. Delivery was very easy...less than one full push. The doctor actually asked where I got my ab muscles, which I didn't think I had any. Thanks!
— Ann B.
I initially asked for a Meal Plan created for me because I talked to people in my Metabolic Explosion Training class who were on the program and the feedback was amazingly positive. I had been picking and choosing parts of many nutrition programs to justify my eating habits and I knew I needed guidance. I've had my best success in life when someone is holding me accountable. Now when I think about cheating, it's like you're sitting on my shoulder and I end up making the right decision. Before the Meal Plan I felt sluggish. My energy was down and I felt indifferent about a lot of things. For the first week I felt the Meal Plan was really straight forward and I was surprised at how much food I was eating. In fact, on a few days it was hard to eat everything on the list. From the second week on it's become much more natural. Not only am I transforming how I eat but I understand why I am doing it. I'm starting to make educated substitutions to the meals and I really feel that this is a foundation of success. Since following the plan I'm amazed at how much more energy I have. Today, a vacation day, I have rearranged two rooms of furniture, including bringing two awkward shaped, 70 pound end tables down 13 stairs. I also cut an armoire that had been taking up space in my family room for two years in half using a manual saw, and carried it to the curb for the trash. The changes in my body have been measurable and mental. In two weeks I've lost close to three pounds and an inch off my waist. When I went to the pool (three times) this weekend I felt a lot more comfortable in my suit. I feel a lot better about myself. I have found the enjoyment of eating to be much easier than I expected. I've always looked at eating programs as restrictions on what you can eat. This is structured more as a lifestyle change. I'm actually eating more than I used to with the same caloric content. I would recommend the Meal Plan to anyone because it's not a diet or a fad. It's a way to adjust your eating habits and see results in a reasonable amount of time. It's not a quick fix, it's a lifestyle change.
— Julie M.
I just finished tennis and played much stronger than usual. I'm thinking I like Sharon's Metabolic Explosion Training classes.
— Leigh L.
Cake Batter ice cream! Oh my!! So rich and creamy!! Cake batter egg whites and vanilla Muscle Provider. I bet if you add cinnamon it would taste like snickerdoodle ice cream!! That may be the next batch!! Yummy!!
I've been taking EFA Gold fish oil for about a year and a half. I added it to my usual regimen of FitTabs and Glutamine Select to help with my energy level, muscle recovery, and overall health. On top of the physical benefits I've noticed in my workouts (including less pain in my joints, which is huge because I'm a runner), my cholesterol had dropped by over 50 points when I had my last physical in fall! It's part of my daily regimen, and I can feel the difference when I forget to take it. I definitely recommend EFA Gold to anyone who is looking to improve their overall health and get the most out of their workouts.
— Erika S.
I was taking EFA Gold, but then stopped taking it last year. I decided to try it again because my knees had been hurting. I'd taken Advil for weeks to help the pain, tried cutting back on exercising, used a pillow to prop them up when sleeping, ice, heat.... nothing worked. I've been on it now for about 2 months. I only take 1 pill a day but my knees no longer hurt. It's truly amazing. EFA Gold works for me!
— Kristi S.
My husband Jeff started taking EFA Gold about 5 or 6 months ago because he heard fish oil is good for your joints and muscles and he was having issues with tightness in his hands. Once he started taking the EFA Gold he was able to clench his hand and make a fist. The one and only time we ran out of EFA Gold, I bought a generic brand for him to take until our order came in and he refused to take it because it wasn't the brand Sharon recommended!!!
I started taking Fast Up as an alternative to some traditional caffeine sources. Also, for those days when I'm on the run, and don't have time to grab a drink. It has replaced caffeine packets that Crystal Light makes that go into your water. They are made up of so much junk, I just didn't want to keep putting that into my body. It has also replaced some of my coffee intake as well. I used to drink a cup in the morning almost everyday, now I maybe have 1 cup 2 - 3 times a week. I feel alert and ready to go not long after I take it. I don't get a caffeine headache either, so I know it's working. It feels exactly as if I had some of the other caffeine sources. I like the convenience factor and that it has natural ingredients. I would recommend it to others because if you are needing that caffeine boost, you will get it from this product. I only have to take 1 in the morning, and I'm good for the rest of the day. It will eliminate you putting harmful things into your body, such as Crystal Light drink mixes, sugary sodas that contain caffeine, large amounts of coffee, etc.
— Nichole D.
As a firefighter, I don't always get much sleep. I needed an alternative to replace Mountain Dew and caffeine drink mixes that go into water. I needed a quick, convenient "pick me up." Since taking Fast Up, I feel awake, I don't feel tired and I don't feel jittery. I just feel like I had a good nights' sleep. Convenience and that I've cut my sugar intake by not having to drink Mountain Dew. With 1 - 2 capsules a day, I'm ready to go. I would recommend it to others because it's healthier than drinking pop and you get the same effect.
— Jason H.
FitTabs are the only multivitamin I have ever tried that doesn't upset my stomach.
— Eileen H.
Since starting Glutamine Select with BCAAs more than six months ago, I feel like I recover faster from a strenuous workout – makes it easier to workout the next day. Probably the best endorsement I can give is that my husband, Mr. Anti-Supplement who only drinks Gatorade <shudder>, now uses the Glutamine Select faithfully.
— Amanda G.
Glutamine Select has really helped me in my recovery after my workouts. When I first started working out with Sharon I had rough mornings getting out of bed (very stiff), but since I started taking it more than a year ago, I have found that I’m not having those rough mornings any more.
— Tamara R.
The Glutamine Select which I take during my workouts does help me recover much quicker from those "death" sessions called MET Class.
— Kevin C.
Since taking Glutamine Select for the past 6 months, I feel good during my work out and my muscles feel much better after. I would tell people to “Use this!! It works!!" When I don’t use it now, I have trouble keeping up and feel sore after.
Glutamine Select is my friend!! I have been using it for over a year. I drink it during MET and after running. I can really feel a difference in how quickly my muscles recover. Also I have some knee issues and I find if I drink some Glutamine Select when it's flaring up my knee discomfort is minimized. So happy I started drinking the pink stuff!! Sharon's kool-aid! I swear by it!
— Eileen H.
I started taking Muscle Provider because I was looking for a healthy substitute for breakfast in the morning. I don't spend a lot of time making breakfast, so just pouring a scoop of the MP in the shaker bottle was a quick, easy and healthy breakfast solution. I sometimes will mix the yogurt that Sharon recommends with the protein to give the shake a little more substance. I will also take it sometimes immediately following a work-out and on days we have weigh-ins where we cannot eat for two hours prior. It's just enough to get you through the workout without eating a large meal. I notice the effects of protein in my appearance and my energy levels. Just after a few months of taking the MP I noticed my stomach was slimming down and my energy levels at workouts were much higher, and I wasn't completely done at the end of every workout. I have taken both the chocolate and vanilla and I would recommend either flavor to someone who was interested.
— Laura J.
I was looking for a protein drink for my lifestyle change. In the past, I bought whatever was on sale. Most chocolate protein drinks have an aftertaste so I would drink vanilla. Muscle Provider chocolate is different, and I like it even more than the vanilla. It tastes great!
— Tamara R.
I have been using the Beverly International Muscle Provider for about six to eight months. I previously used Market Pantry vanilla protein powder and before that I was drinking Atkins protein drinks. I made the switch to the Beverly International Muscle Provider after talking with Sharon. I wanted a higher quality protein for my body. I use the Muscle Provider as a replacement for breakfast, or as an addition to breakfast depending on the day and what I'm eating. The Muscle Provider makes an excellent smoothie (water, ice cubes, protein powder, and fruit in a blender). The consistency and texture is very good. The protein dissolves and mixes very well. If you don't want to fuss with a blender, just the powder and water mix well together for a quick protein drink. These are good for pre- and post- workouts. The protein powder tastes really good. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the flavors are. I use both the vanilla and chocolate flavors. The powders are not chalky, or have an off or after taste. They truly taste like their flavors. The Muscle Provider mixes well with Carbmaster yogurts. The chocolate flavored powder mixed in yogurt taste just like chocolate pudding. It’s great for a healthy snack. I have just started using the Muscle Provider in plain oatmeal and I like to add fruit to the mixture. It also tastes really good. This is a nice warm, healthy breakfast on cold days. The Muscle Provider is a quite satisfying and filling protein powder. I would highly recommend it.
— Robin A.
I take Muscle Synergy when I first wake in the morning, and then again 30 minutes before I workout later in the day. It has helped me to maintain my workout intensity.
— Kevin C.
All of my workouts are in the evening after a long day at work, and I am often dragging. I don't know what I did before Up-Lift. It gives me the energy I need not just to get started but to keep me going through an hour long, intense workout, no matter how long my day has been. I also find it gives me a boost before a morning run!
— Erika S.
I started using Up-Lift a little over 6 months ago and one of the major reasons I keep using it is because it really gives me that extra energy I need toward the end of my workouts. I can tell the difference when I have a workout without Up-Lift because of how much I drag doing certain exercises. So overall, it really just helps to give you that extra umph you need to get through your workout strong.
— Laura J.
Up-Lift has helped me get the best workout I can after a long day with working and commuting. Sometimes it is hard to “gather up” the motivation after a full day of work and the Up-Lift helps – a lot - and does not keep me wired for hours afterward when it’s time to sleep. I am able to continue with my daily routine and get to sleep normally, unlike with caffeine products.
— Sherri C.
Power Crunch French Vanilla Creme protein bars are my go to for a quick breakfast or a sweet treat that leaves me satisfied and guilt free. I love a hot cup of coffee and a French Vanilla Creme bar in the morning. So much better than eating a sugary and fat filled donut that has no nutritional value. This protein bar reminds of vanilla creme wafers that I ate as a kid but soooo much better. Hard to believe that something that tastes this good can actually be good for you!
— Eileen H.
I made ice cream with mint brownie egg whites and vanilla Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein, and then added a tablespoon of all natural crunchy peanut butter. I have to say it was awesome and fulfilled my sweet tooth cravings!
— Kim L.
I am a big fan of the Power Crunch and Quest bars!!! I always have one either in my lunch bag or in my backpack. If I forget to pack it, I have this empty this feeling!!! I am on-the-go all the time and I try to make healthy food choices. I know I'm succeeding by eating one of these. There are a lot of other "protein" bars out there that I have tried, but...after I eat a Power Crunch or Quest bar it keeps me full and keeps my energy level up! My new favorite is the White Chocolate Raspberry Quest bar!!!
— Sue C.
Power Crunch Bars are my go to snack when I'm craving something sweet. Instead of reaching for candy, I grab a Power Crunch Bar. The new Salted Caramel flavor is delicious! It's the perfect combination of salty, sweet, and crunchy. I love the Chocolate Mint. I freeze them for a better-than Thin Mint snack! I also like the Peanut Butter Fudge. It's similar to one of my favorite candy bars, Reese's Sticks. But unlike that candy, I get the chocolate, peanut butter, and crunchy combination I want, but not the guilt.
— Leisa F.
Ultimate Muscle Protein has exceeded my expectations. I bought the vanilla flavor and it's SO GOOD! It mixes great with skim milk for shakes - for an extra cold shake put in the freezer for 15 minutes, but also makes great pancakes!
— Kim L.
The new Power Crunch Salted Caramel bars are definitely worth a try! I like them even more than the chocolate! They are a perfect balance of sweet and salty. I eat them in the late afternoon because they fill me up until dinner. They are my new "go to" protein bar.
— Kristi S.
I would recommend Cross Training Circuits to others because you can enter a Cross Training Circuit session at any fitness level and grow.
— Theresa B.
Since starting Cross Training Circuits, I feel as though I'm on my way to becoming more fit. I would recommend it to others because it is quick, fits all skill levels, and is FUN!
— Beth W.
I have been using Ultimate Muscle Protein for probably 2 years now. The chocolate is my favorite! It is perfect as a bed time snack mixed with water for a shake or pudding (with peanut butter for my favorite flavor combo ever!) or mixed into a Carbmaster yogurt (pretty much any flavor works!). It definitely satisfies my sweet tooth AND is high in quality protein and low in fat--so what's not to like?! The flavor of the chocolate is like a rich chocolate brownie batter-- no joke!
I like the Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar. I don't feel hungry for a long time after eating it because of the combination of high levels of both protein and fiber, and low net carbs.
I love the Peanut Butter Creme and Chocolate Mint Power Crunch bars.
— Donna C.
I like the Chocolate Brownie Quest bars. they travel well so it's much easier to prep and stay on plan when away from your home kitchen. I also tried the Salted Caramel Power Crunch bars. They are super sweet - a good alternative if you are craving sugar!
— Beth M.
I take two FitTabs a day and have found that they, unlike the multivitamin I had been taking, help keep my digestive tract healthy and moving while supplementing my diet.
— Theresa B.
I’ve been working with Sharon for about 2.5 years, and my how time flies when you’re having fun! I’m stronger and slimmer than when I started. I feel more confident, and I think that comes across. She kicked my butt in my first Cross Training Circuits class, and I loved it so much I now see her 4x per week—2x in Cross Training Circuits and 2x in Metabolic Explosion Training!
— Erika S.
I have been taking Quadracarn for over a year and a half. I truly believe it has kept me healthy, in terms of getting colds. My husband takes Quadracarn too and feels the same way. Although I still may get a bit of a cold or cough, it never turns into a full blown cold. It also keeps my energy level up, and along with using Glutamine Select with BCAAs, it helps with muscle recovery. It is a great product!!!
Since I began the upper body and lower body Workouts To Go programs, I feel humbled. lol I thought I was stronger than I really was until Sharon once again kicked my butt with these workouts! I am no doubt going to be stronger and healthier as I incorporate these programs into my marathon training. I recommend WTG to others because they are easy to use and follow, from beginner to advanced, and from home gym to big box gym equipment.
I asked for two Workouts To Go programs. The first was a total body work out for when I go on vacation or am not able to make it to class. I also ordered the package of resistance bands Sharon suggested to go along with the workout!! I then asked for a core program because even though I do some core exercises while working out, I wanted a complete core workout that I can do at home a few days a week or incorporate into a weekly workout while on vacation!
I would highly recommend a WTG to others because the information you need is RIGHT THERE, the only thing you have to do is the workout. It is a great workout tool for those who may not be able to get out during a snow storm or who may have a conflict with the class they planned on attending. Instead, you have a WTG - just do it!!! It can't get any easier than that. I really REALLY like the core workout and I look forward to getting the next one in another few weeks.
I joined Get Fit 101 because I wanted to get up and move. Now I feel like I am more flexible and can get around easier. I would recommend this class to others because Sharon is a good instructor. She encourages me to work at MY pace and there is not a lot of pressure.
— Leslie M.
I joined Cross Training Circuits for a challenge, something different than going to the gym, and also to be held accountable by an instructor in a class setting. Now I feel empowered and in an exercise routine that works for me. I would recommend this class to others because it's a great workout and Sharon makes it that way.
— Shelley L.
I had been unsuccessful in losing weight following other low calorie menu plans on my own. I felt very frustrated and discouraged at the lack of progress. Since following the Meal Plan for 2 weeks, I feel optimistic that I can reach my goal. I have seen the scale go down 5 pounds, but I am trying not to focus on that, just on the fact that the scale is moving down and results are always motivating.
— Lynne D.
First of all, I have never used any kind of creatine supplement in the past, so I really was not sure what to expect for myself. But I am SO glad that I decided to give Creatine Select a shot. I followed the directions to “load” for five days (4 scoops/day) and then have continued with a maintenance dose of one scoop per day for about two weeks now. From the very first day I could feel a difference in my strength level in the gym. I hit PRs in weight on multiple exercises within the first week of taking Creatine Select. What is even more amazing is that I got sick during my second week on Creatine, missed three training days, and still kicked butt when I got back into the gym. I also think it has helped with my overall energy level. if you like orange flavoring, you will love it. I generally do not enjoy orange flavoring, and I think it tastes great. For anyone who is serious about lifting, getting stronger, and building muscle, I think Creatine Select is at least worth a try. I have been super impressed with the results thus far!
I started taking Muscle Synergy as my pre-workout drink a few weeks ago after using Uplift for about 2 years. I love Up-Lift but was looking to shake up my routine. I have been pleasantly surprised with the effects of Muscle Synergy versus Up-Lift. For me, Muscle Synergy is the perfect pre-workout for my weight lifting routine because I have noticed that I feel stronger and more productive, especially when it comes to those last couple of reps that are hard to push out. I don’t feel like I’m missing the energy boost that I got from Uplift either—Muscle Synergy delivers on that too. The lemon flavor is very mild and quite tasty (hint: Muscle Synergy plus vanilla Muscle Provider is a nice little pre-workout breakfast!). For anyone who participates in weight lifting regularly or for anyone who has taken Uplift for awhile and is looking for a change, I highly recommend Muscle Synergy!
— Erika S.
I started taking supplements along with my workouts about 6 months ago. The supplements I was taking at that time contained a large amount of caffeine and made me feel very jittery and made it so I was unable to take them before my evening workout.
When I started taking Cross Training Circuit classes with Sharon, I would hear her talking about FitTabs and Glutamine Select with BCAAs. After speaking with her and learning more, I decided to order both.
I have been using these product for a little over 2 weeks now and can honestly say I am noticing a big change in my body. With the the FitTabs, there isn't a caffeine buzz. I feel better overall and in turn am making healthier choices. I am more awake throughout the day as well.
The Glutamine Select with BCAAs has significantly decreased my muscle recovery time after a strenuous workout. I love the black cherry flavor and actually look forward to drinking it after a workout.
I would highly recommend both of these products. I love the way I feel and combined with the classes I am seeing results!
— Michelle M.
Not long after trying Cross Training Circuits with Sharon, I started on one of her Meal Plans. Food had always been such a big part of my life, a source of comfort. I was afraid to give that up. I didn't want to be bored with my meals and I didn't want to have to make separate meals for my family. The Meal Plan was more than enough food to keep me satisfied and there's quite a bit of variety included. I do end up having to cook two different meals some nights but I've learned how to plan ahead and meal prep in advance. And I now even enjoy foods I never did before like salmon, oatmeal, and wheat germ. In the past, I had tried Weight Watchers and counting points was annoying. Now, I have so much more energy and I can keep up with my busy boys. I went from a size 20 to an 8/10. Now I can fit my entire body in one leg of my old jeans.
— Katie J.
After my daughter was born in 2009 I did Weight Watchers. I was successful meeting my weight loss goal but it didn’t stick. The only reason I lost the weight was the hours of calculating and planning I did to figure out points. Not so realistic for the long term for me. I also didn’t care for their substitutions - lots of processed snacks that weren’t very appealing. Sharon’s Meal Plan seemed limiting at first, but as I got more comfortable and knowledgeable it got easier and easier, and has a lot of flexibility for preferences and hectic schedules. Since starting it, I've lost 20 lbs. My whole family eats on my plan and I haven’t had complaints! Sharon sets you up for lifelong success with her Meal Plans and exercise offerings. It’s not about the instant gratification of being skinny, it’s about healthy living.
— Beth M.
I'm in my 60s and since my husband passed away 3 years ago, I haven't wanted to start much of anything. My daughter Erika has worked with Sharon for more than 2 years, and pushed me to start with Personal Training. I'm glad she did. I already feel better about myself, and would encourage others to not be like me. I wasted a lot of time. Sharon makes working out fun, and even though I sometimes dread going, afterward, I'm so glad I went.
— Gayle S.
I asked for a Meal Plan created specifically for me because I began to travel for work and was gaining weight. Before starting it, I felt sluggish and uncomfortable. Now I am more active and am experiencing less knee pain. I've already noticed weight loss in my waist. I found this Meal Plan easy to stick to, even in the first week. Even breakfast is easier than I expected since I began using flavored egg whites. I would recommend Meal Plans to others because it is easy to follow and gives you many food choices.
— Kim L.
I definitely would recommend Sharon's MET class. I love the small group setting as opposed to a big gym. It's a really great workout and she makes it fun! I feel like I'm getting stronger every day!!
— Andrea T.
I enjoy MET class because the class is small enough that I feel like I am getting personal training yet having others in the class helps me push myself.
— Kim D.
I enjoy the Saturday morning MET class because I feel good and accomplished after the session has ended which keeps me physically motivated for the rest of the day.
— Julie S.
I've never stayed with an exercise plan for an extended amount of time. I am proud of myself for making Metabolic Explosion Training class a way of life instead of a quick fix. I've lost weight, clothes sizes, gained strength, and feel motivated to keep coming back for more. I'm so thankful to Sharon for providing direction and making me sweat more than I ever thought was possible!
— Kristi S.
I have to tell you that I put on a pair of jeans last week that I haven't worn in five years which was an awesome surprise. I immediately signed up for the next session for the next session of Cross Training Circuits. Thanks for giving me the variety that I was looking for.
Your fantastic Cross Training Circuits class was definitely the shock my body needed to get over that horrible six month plateau. Thank you Sharon - you are a great trainer and I can't wait to start Metabolic Explosion Training class with you!!!!
— Sherri C.
This is just a little note to say thanks for helping me get started on my journey to get to where I am today. I've been thinking about all the hard work I put in at Cross Training Circuits and on my own (especially today on my birthday 6.65 mile run - WOW! Such a feat for me!) and realized you got me hooked on this stuff! It feels so good to exercise now and to beat all my goals. I weigh less now than when I did in high school - by 20 lbs.! I can run long distances, I can do so much more. So now that I'm done bragging :) Thanks again for helping me meet my goals!
— Brittany F.
Before starting Cross Training Circuits, I felt "stuck" in my routine, tired and sluggish. I needed a boost/change. Since taking this class, I feel strong! I have more energy, and think my body is starting to tone and is becoming stronger. Cross Training Circuits has made me feel great and I look forward to class each week. I love the positive encouragement without intimidation.
— Tara W.
I truly enjoy Cross Training Circuits and it reminds me how great it feels to exercise again....Thanks for all your support and the class, which I really love and its actually fun.
— Erin C.
Cross Training Circuits was one of the best decisions I have made to improve myself. Your class has helped me tremendously to give me that boost that I needed. I feel stronger and healthier. When I look in the mirror I can say "Not Bad!" instead of "Ugh!!" Thank you for offering such a great class!
— Eileen P.
I have a great time at Cross Training Circuits, and it is a reassuring place to work at your own fitness level.
— Donna C.
Sharon keeps the exercises varied and different. She modifies the work outs for those of us who needed a bit more and I woke up everyday after Cross Training Circuits feeling the wonderful pain of sore muscles! Sharon has a great attitude and truly wants to make a difference in the physical fitness of others and that in itself makes an impact.
— Mary Beth B.
Cross Training Circuit classes are a great motivator - the last thing I feel like doing after work is working out, the classes are great at getting me to do so, when otherwise, I probably wouldn't. I learned a lot of new exercises in Cross Training Circuits that were fun but challenging. I am stronger and more flexible than before. I really like being outside and the games we play. This makes the class go by fast and more exciting.
— Kelly W.
As a chronic scoliosis patient who saw a chiropractor at least 3x a month, I have not had to schedule an appointment since I started Cross Training Circuits.
— Judi R.
Sharon's Cross Training Circuits is the perfect balance of a laid back atmosphere with a high intensity workout. She pushed me to do things that I never before dreamed possible, by instilling in me the confidence that I could do it and also supporting me if I happened to fail with her "you will get there soon" attitude!
— Angela K.
I must say a big Thank You to YOU! It was you that kick started me almost a year (10 months) ago on a random Thursday in the beginning of December in Personal Training to getting healthy and starting down the road I am traveling now. Do you remember me not being able to finish the workout because I got so light headed, I had to sit down?!! Ugh!! Crazy!!! Now, I am 20 lbs. lighter and 4 pants sizes smaller and still going and keep it off!! Your classes and Meal Plan work!! If you need a fan or recommendation, you definitely have one here!!!
— Agatha A.
I began using Sharon’s Personal Training services because while I’m an accomplished professional, I need accountability due the fast pace of my life and often conflicting priorities. In short, I came last and was often too tired or unmotivated to workout. Before I started working with her, I felt unhappy with the way I looked and felt, low self-esteem and confidence. Now I feel better about my appearance and overall feel healthier, however I know I still have a way to go to get to where I want to be. I think my body is stronger and in better shape, size 36 pants instead of 38, lost 30+ lbs since January. I would recommend her Personal Training services to others because I like the total body metabolic workouts. I feel as if my entire body was targeted and I experience a longer calorie burn. I like that she does not get distracted by conversation and that she continues to push me.
— Mike W.
Sharon is very thorough with her Personal Training clients. She gets to know us, and with this information designs a workout that not only complements the client, but provides the proper level of activity for strength and fitness. She is very supportive and caring.
— Leslie H.
For gym class, Grace was first in her class for sit ups. She was very proud of herself and knows working on core strength in Personal Training sessions with Sharon was one of the reasons she did so well. She was a little disappointed that a boy beat her in push ups by 2.
— Laura M., mother of Grace, a 14 year old volleyball player
I began using Sharon's Personal Training Services because a class she was instructing at Beechmont RecPlex was canceled. I had four Personal Training sessions, and my goals for those sessions were to see some increase in flexibility and to learn some exercises that I could do on my own. I did reach both those goals.
The four sessions were very well planned in advance. Each session was devoted to one area: 1) stretching and warm up; 2) lower body workout; 3) core workout; and 4) upper body workout. The exercises were challenging, but she had a good sense of what I was going to be able to accomplish. Once the class meets, I feel like I will be able to get more out of it because of the one-on-one sessions.
I would definitely recommend her Personal Training services to others. Three things are important when hiring an independent teacher: 1) Do they know the subject and have an ability to teach it? 2) Are they professional; do they keep appointments and communicate their terms clearly? 3) Do they have the ability to instill confidence in you? She gets an A+ on all three counts.
— Joan C.
During Personal Training, Sharon focuses on strengthening a certain body part- i.e. biceps/triceps, back, or legs. She sets up each machine and shows me how to use them properly. She advises how much weight should go on the machines and even helps me keep count. She gives encouragement and holds me accountable to completing each set. I can’t be a wimp because she’s watching closely! We work efficiently and are finished with the sets in 30 minutes. I might not be able to lift my arms or walk upright when it’s over, but I do feel stronger physically and mentally. I do believe Personal Training is helping my overall performance in Metabolic Explosion Training class.
— Kristi S.
I loved my first TRX class! It was a great work out for the entire body including the brain! Found that I really needed to focus and concentrate in order to keep my core tight! No room for sloppy form! Cannot wait to do it again! Yay!
— Eileen H.
Thank you so much for putting my Workouts To Go together. I've had a long week and I had zero desire to workout today but knowing I had a plan made it easier to get my rear end in gear. The upper body workout was just what I needed. I feel great tonight!
— Julie M.
Workouts To Go are an easy way to add more workouts into your routine.
— Kristi S.
I did the upper body Workout To Go this morning and it was great, definitely something I wouldn't have done on my own. The lower body workout is next.
— Paul K.
Since I received my Total Body Workout To Go, I feel confident that when I go to the gym I know what I am doing! I would recommend these to others because it definitely gives you a great workout, hitting the entire body.
— Julie S.
I asked for a full set of Workouts To Go - total body, upper body, and lower body - because I was going to miss quite a few classes and while it would be very easy to just skip exercising, I didn't want to get out of the habit of working out. I've worked hard over the past year and I don't want to undo that. I know myself well enough to know that without WTG, I would just put off seriously working out. WTG is the best way to stay on track. I recommend these to others because if you are committed to working out, you don't want to go backwards. This is a great alternative those times you cannot get to your regular classes.
— Leisa F.
When my schedule changed this Spring, I had to drop one of my twice weekly Cross Training Circuit classes and I needed to fill in that gap. A Workout To Go was perfect because it is convenient to do when my time is limited. I had felt like my upper body was weaker than the rest of my body, and a upper body WTG was a great place to start. My goal is to be able to do 15 regular push ups with great form. The resistance band kit Sharon recommended is awesome. There is such a variety of exercises you can do with them at home or traveling.
— Shelley L.
Since beginning Workouts To Go, I have more energy and I feel more confident with myself. I am definitely losing inches. WTGs are perfect for those who are more comfortable working out at home, or someone looking for workouts that challenge you. It was also perfect for vacation! I did it every other day. I took my weights with me and worked out on the beach! Very convenient and effective! Ican't wait for my next set of WTGs.
— Tara H.
I began Workouts To Go because I could no longer fit Core Strength class into my schedule. I've been doing WTG for a couple of weeks and I use it at home, and also while traveling for long weekends. I have not used resistance bands, but I use dumbbells for some of my exercises. I work harder than I expected...which I love. It's a quality workout and worth the time to sneak to the basement for a half hour and sweat! The best thing about WTG is the flexibility.
— Beth M.
After taking two sessions of Core Strength I wanted to continue class but because of my schedule I could no longer do it so I asked Sharon for a Core Workout To Go. I’m so glad that I did this!! I love the challenge the workout gives me, and because of its flexibility, I’ve been able to actually work out more. Instead of just going to class one time a week, I’ve been able to complete the work out 2-3 times a week. As a result, I’ve reached one of my goals – 10 V-ups in a row on a regular basis. In the past I was lucky to get 5 or 6 in a row. I would recommend a WTG to anyone that has a busy schedule or doesn't think that they have time to exercise. Even if you can’t fit a complete workout in every time, you can at least find 15-20 minutes to do some of the Workout to Go.
I started with a Core Workout To Go program because I was traveling for work and could not take regular classes. I feel a nice soreness each time I use my workout, and my clothes are fitting better. These WTGs are easy to take with you and you can do them at any time of the day or night.
— Kim L.
My shoulder feels 10x better in just 3 sessions of Deep Penetrating Light therapy. The pain in the joint has dissipated, and the muscle in my neck have loosened up al ot. The therapy was quick and easy at just 20 minutes per session, and less expensive than trips to the doctor or chiropractor. I would do it over again if I get another injury, and I would definitely recommend anyone else who is suffering from any kinds of aches and pains to give DPL therapy a shot.
— Erika S.
After just one DPL therapy session on my knee, I could do a squat and evenly distribute my weight. The day before, I had to put almost all of my weight on my other knee.
— Kim L.
The morning after my first DPL therapy session, I was able to walk down stairs, which I couldn't do the day before. After my second session, not only was I able to go bowling, I actually bowled my best game EVER!!! After just a few sessions, my knee is 90% better. There are three big wins with this therapy:
- Therapy sessions are quick and easy - just 20 minutes.
- Not having to take time off from work to go to a doctor’s office for treatment. Having the sessions after MET Class is perfect for my schedule.
- Its cost is inexpensive compared to a co-pay for a doctor, a specialist, or going to a physical therapist.
I've actually been having some issues with my shoulder and plan on starting DPL therapy on it. I would without a doubt recommend DPL therapy to someone who is having aches and pains. It’s an inexpensive way to get back to doing the everyday things you want to do.
— Tamara R.
I wanted to try DPL Therapy on my foot to see if it would help alleviate the pain caused by my bunion. Ultimately I have to have surgery on my foot, this I know, but I'm not ready mentally or financially so I thought what the heck, let's give this a try!!!
After just the first session, I noticed that the pain I usually have at night, right before I go to bed, was not there. Before starting therapy, my foot acted up at the end of the day, but now on the days and a few days following therapy I have not had any foot discomfort at night!! Again, I know that this therapy won't "fix" my issue but boy, not having my foot ache at night while I'm trying to fall asleep is AWESOME!!!!
I've been doing DPL therapy on my foot since the end of February, and just recently completed my first ever half marathon. I was quite worried about my foot and how it would feel running that distance. I was pleasantly surprised at how little it hurt after completing the half marathon. I thank DPL Therapy for that as well!!
The cost of having this therapy doesn't even compare to a doctor's visit. And I've never had physical therapy but I know it is very costly. I would highly recommend this to everyone that may have aches or pains that are not going away. This is very easy and convenient and affordable!!!!
— Sue C.
I had excruciating neck pain that was radiating down my right arm. It was so bad that I was not sleeping at night. The chiropractor believed it was a pinched nerve and suggested treatment 3 times a week for 3 weeks and if it wasn't getting better then would recommend getting an MRI.
I did the chiropractic treatment but wanted to see if Deep Penetrating Light therapy would help speed up the healing process. It did! After the first DPL treatment, I was able to sleep that night. I still had pain in the morning but it was significantly less than before. I continued the DPL therapy 3 more times in between trips to the chiropractor.
At the end of 2 weeks, my pain was gone and the chiropractor was amazed. He said he was really surprised that I was feeling so well so quickly.
I highly recommend giving DPL therapy a try. I truly believe it made a huge difference in my recovery.
— Leisa F.
My plantar fasciitis started in my left foot over a year ago, and then after doing the Queen Bee half marathon last October my right foot started hurting. I decided to start DPL therapy for the plantar fasciitis in my right foot first. After just one session I could feel a difference when I got up the next morning. I still had pain but it wasn't as severe. Now, my right foot feels better, not pain free, but a lot better.
After doing the Flying Pig half marathon this year, my right foot felt better than my left foot that has gone through steroid shots, physical therapy, and stretching. I am going to start DPL therapy on my left foot now with the hopes of the same outcome I had with my right foot. I would definitely recommend the DPL therapy, it is a lot cheaper than physical therapy!
— Holly F.
I was a little hesitant of trying DPL since it was unfamiliar, but got really excited about trying it after hearing from so many other Metabolic Explosion Training classmates that it was helpful. I have had a nagging pain in my shoulder for about 10 months - it really just became part of my life, as I just worked around it - but pulling the covers up, picking up kids or bags hurt, and sleeping on my side or exercising on that side was uncomfortable, and my range of motion without pain was limited.
After the first session there was a marked difference, and I slept on my side without any discomfort. As I continued therapy, my range of motion without pain vastly improved, and this past Monday I did side tri-rises and full arm circles without any discomfort! I can stretch out my shoulder without pain and it feels good! I'm happy that I did it. I waited too many months with ice and Advil without long term relief.
— Beth M.
I inquired about DPL in regards to left shoulder pain. I had torn a muscle in the winter and noticed the pain started to worsen this past spring. I started DPL therapy in July. After the first visit, I noticed less pain while driving and an overall decrease in pain. After the fourth visit I noticed a significant decrease in tightness and discomfort. I was able to sleep through the night without pain and noticed an increase in range of motion. I did not realize the amount of pain I was actually in until it began to go away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with muscular pain. I typically choose to go without taking pain medication and massage therapy can be quite pricey and results can be minimal. DPL has provided the relief without medication or invasive procedures. I am very happy with my results and will continue to use this method for any future injuries.
— Michelle M.
I just ate my first Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quest bar - on the way home from Metabolic Explosion Training class. It was so good, and I usually prefer Power Crunch bars. The flavor reminds me of an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. I'd definitely eat this again!
I really, really, really liked the Blueberry Muffin Quest bars! I ate both at room temperature but will definitely bake into cookies when I get my full box!!!!
OMG! The Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quest bar is even better than I dreamed. I can't wait to get some more and make COOKIES!!! Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest bars are a close second, but this is definitely my favorite flavor!! It seriously tastes exactly like an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.
— Erika S.
Tonight I tried the Blueberry Muffin Quest bar after Metabolism Explosion Training class. It was really tasty. I ate half at room temperature and microwaved the other half for 10 seconds. Warming it up really made it taste like a yummy sweet treat. Reminded me of a blueberry pop tart or muffin. It's good! I bet the bar would be delicious baked into cookies! If you like blueberry, you will like this bar.
My initial thought on Glutamine with BCAAs is WOW! I feel great. Certainly better than the day after in any other previous week.
— Jenny G.
I love the Mocha Creme Power Crunch! I don't like coffee but I love Graeter's mocha chip ice cream. The Power Crunch bars are a great substitute. I put the Mocha Creme bars in the freezer and eat them when I'm craving ice cream.
OMG! The Cookies and Creme UMP is delicious!!! I simply add water, mix, and drink!
— Sue C.
The Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quest bars are amazing, and as you know, I'm not even a fan of oatmeal.
— Tamara R.
I LOVE Pumping Iron class! Like any of Sharon's classes, you start where you are and do the best you can, while you are challenged to try to stretch yourself just a little bit more. Pumping Iron is different than Metabolic Explosion Training, and each class is a little different also, keeping my interest and focus. You go in never quite knowing what to expect other than a good workout with supportive people. You will never be bored! If I talked to myself from 2 years ago and said, "YES! You are still committed to fitness, seeing muscle definition, and not intimidated by a 15 lb. dumbbell" I don't know that past Beth would believe me, but I'm so proud of where I am now and where I'm headed with my fitness goals :)
— Beth M.
I first began taking classes with Sharon about eight months ago. I had slowly let myself go over the past two years and a close friend of mine invited me to join her for Cross Training Circuits on Thursday nights at Beech Acres. I was always a pretty active person in the past and thought, oh what the heck.
The first night of class came and while I was waiting for class to start my train of thought turned more towards, what the heck was I thinking.....?! As the hour passed, I thought I was either going to pass out or throw up multiple times. When the class ended though, I felt amazing!
The weeks passed and I found myself looking forward to working out. I started talking with others in the class and realized I was not only working out but having a good time while doing so.
When the session ended I knew I had to sign up again, this time I added Tuesday nights as well, then Monday Core Strength classes, and then I started adding Wednesday and Saturday Metabolic Explosion Training classes too.
I started to realize just how stressed and unhappy with myself I was before I began these workouts. I stared to see results as well and therefore pushed myself further.
Since starting Cross Training Circuits in February of 2016, I have lost a total of 35 lbs. I have shaved 5 minutes off my mile time (let's face it, I couldn't run at all before) and have gone down 4 pants sizes!!! I am changing out my closet and finding so many clothes that either used to be too tight or never fit, are now fitting and even too big. It is just such a great feeling to actually be able to fit in clothes I never thought I could.
I now treat this as a lifestyle, where both working and working out are essential. I know without the workouts the stress alone gets the better of me. The fact is, I genuinely enjoy them. I have made some great friends along the way that are nothing but supportive as well.
Sharon is a phenomenal trainer that works you hard and keeps you motivated. I didn't gain the weight overnight and it has taken time and perseverance to lose it. I know I would not be half as successful (if at all), without her pushing me and encouraging me along the way.
I am so happy I stepped outside my comfort zone eight months ago to start this journey. I know I have a lot further to go but now have confidence I can eventually get there!
I can honestly say I have never felt this good and healthy in my entire life.
— Michelle M.
The Salted Caramel Crisp Power Crunch bars are so delicious and addicting! I love them and eat them as a treat/dessert that doesn't wreck my Meal Plan. They are also great to take with you when traveling. I just put a couple in my carry on just in case I get hungry during layovers or want a small snack on the plane.
— Kim L.
The Mocha Creme Power Crunch bar is a healthy alternative to a wafer candy bar, and tastes just as good, especially when frozen.
I've been working with Sharon for about 3 and a half years, and just recently I started Personal Training one day a week. I'm so happy I chose to do this. It is a great addition to my current workout schedule which includes Metabolic Explosion Training class, Cross Training Circuits, and cardio classes. I'm truly amazed at how strong I feel and how strong I am! The thing I like the best about the personal training class is maximizing certain muscles and I can tell yesterday was bicep day!!! :)
— Sue C.
A frozen Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Quest Bar is soooooo good. It's like eating homemade cookies while satisfying my craving for something sweet!
— Roz G.
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest bars are a family favorite. I make sure our college kids always have some on hand.
After injuring my forearm a few months ago, I was in a lot of pain. Unfortunately, they said that it would take up to a year to heal because of the multiple muscles that are present. I followed the RICE regimen with some improvement along with some other recommended treatments. However, I still continued to have discomfort in this arm. I knew that Sharon was offering DPL therapy. I had heard from those who tried DPL how they experienced improvement in the area of discomfort and pain reduction.
In researching this therapy, I liked what I read. DPL is all natural, non-invasive and fast. In addition to accelerated healing, the penetrating light activates the production of endorphins and blocks pain-transmitting chemicals, causing non-narcotic analgesia.
After taking DPL, I have experienced similar results and am able to utilize my arm with minimal pain. Although I am still healing, I do believe DPL has made a great difference in this process.
— Linda C.
I started taking Cross Training Circuits just over a year ago and added MET classes soon after that. Recently, I've added personal training to my weekly workouts and I highly recommend it. Sharon creates intense workouts targeting specific muscle groups. It's a great addition to my exercise routine. I really enjoy being pushed to do more than I ever thought I could and I especially enjoy seeing the results of those workouts.
— Leisa F.
I was kind of skeptical about the Peanut Butter & Jelly Quest Bar but I tried it and loved it. It tastes more like a peanut butter bar with a hint of fruit as opposed to a PB&J sandwich. I ate it out of the package but I'm sure it could be frozen too.
— Julie M.
Jamaican Jerk is VERY GOOD! I put it on pork chops, and is a good balance of spicy and sweet.
I love adding the Chocolate Donut seasoning to my coffee grounds!!! It adds such a nice chocolate flavor to my coffee!!! I also mixed the Gingerbread Cookie seasoning with the Chocolate Donut seasoning and added both to my coffee grounds, and OMG so good!!!! Smelled so yummy when it was brewing and tasted so yummy too!!
— Sue C.
I am so excited about the Quest Chips. What a great way to get your salt fix without the guilt! I really liked the sea salt - and am excited to try other flavors. They are super crunchy and satisfyingly salty. ;)
— Beth M.
I love the Ranch in particular, and use it constantly. I will put it on chicken, asparagus and other veggies, and make my own dip with lite sour cream. My kids love this dip for veggies in their lunches and it has half the junk that Hidden Valley has! It is a little spicier (garlic) than your traditional ranch dressing, but delicious! My biggest mistake with any of the spices is being heavy-handed. You don't need a lot to get an awesome flavor. Garlic Lover’s is another household favorite. Having it on shrimp in particular is yummy- gives it just a little kick.
— Beth M.
I sprinkled some Chocolate Donut seasoning in my coffee grounds before brewing. This is the way to go! Look out Starbucks Chocolate Donut Delight!
— Michelle S.
I have tried the Ranch and Cheese seasonings and immediately ordered more. I've put the cheese on everything from chicken to toast to veggies and soup. I put the Ranch in plain Greek yogurt and on potatoes, both were also delicious. It's like I'm eating the bad things I crave but without the guilt!
— Michelle M.
Bacon Lover’s is AWESOME on a baked potato!
— Kelly C.
I put Bacon Lover’s seasoning on a baked potato and cottage cheese – VERY GOOD! I also had it on my scrambled eggs this morning and it was YUMMY!
— Michelle S.
OMYumminess!!!! Wow! So I'm in Kroger parking lot and thought oh I'll just try one BBQ protein chip, that lead to several, then I had to force myself to stop.... Holy guacamole!! The barbeque flavor is awesome!!! I cannot wait to order a box or 4!!!!
— Sue C.
I loved the Rocky Road Quest bar!! It is one of my top favorite flavors!
— Sue C.
I have tried the seasonings in a few different recipes recently that I thought I'd share. I made some awesome no bake cookies with the Gingerbread Cookie seasoning. I just added PB2, oatmeal and a little water and they were delicious. I have also found the seasonings work well as salad dressing! The Cheese and Spicy Everything with a small drizzle of EVOO and lemon is crazy good!
I'm hooked! My two new favorite egg dishes are 1) to scramble egg whites and add both Bacon Lover's and Cheese seasonings to it. They give it a delicious taste without the added calories or fat that come with eating strips of bacon and slices of cheese, and 2) making a breakfast sandwich by toasting a 100 calorie whole wheat sandwich thin and topping it with egg whites that are seasoned with Bacon Lover’s and Cheese seasonings. Tasty, healthy and low calorie! I used Honey BBQ to flavor an easy, one pan dish. I sautéed onion and ground turkey in a skillet, and then added mixed vegetables, and seasoned it with the Honey BBQ. Delicious and healthy! I also took a package of plain popcorn (unbuttered) and separated it, sprinkling Pizza seasoning on some of it, and Ranch seasoning on the rest. Both tasted so good! They gave it great flavoring without added calories.
— Roz G.
It took me 47 years to find out that exercise is fun!
— Michelle S.
I really enjoy Personal Training for the one-on-one training aspect. I love Cross Training Circuits for the cardio and the challenging aspect. I have taken Pumping Iron also and really enjoy weight training. It has taught me more weight lifting moves and proper core movement. I absolutely LOVE MET! I love the combination of cardio and weight training. I love using all the equipment because it creates variety and I enjoy learning how to use all of it.
Brownie Batter reminds me of a childhood memory but it's so much healthier. We would get Jif brownie mix that came in a small box, add an egg and eat it straight from the box. Definitely delicious but not healthy. With G Butter I can relive the memory but know that I am getting a healthy snack which satisfies my sweet tooth. I put a little on a plate, microwave and enjoy! It's a treat I am not sharing with my family because once they try it, I know it won't be there when I want some. Let them eat cake while I munch on some G Butter.
— Linda C.
I love Brownie Batter G Butter. It is a perfect quick (and I mean quick) "I forgot to plan" breakfast or snack! Hot out of the microwave with a bit of fruit is my favorite way to eat it. I shared it with some co-workers and they immediately ordered some! It's delicious, decadent and rich without the guilt! Really hits that chocolate craving with real chocolate! If chocolate is your weakness this is definitely a product to try! I haven't tried any other flavors yet but it they are as good as the brownie they won't last long in my house either!
— Beth M.
I'm a big fan of the Cookie Dough! It's a creamy consistency with chocolate chips, and little pieces of almond in every bite. My favorite way to eat it is to put it in a small ramekin and heat it in the microwave. It tastes like a warm cookie dessert with a cake-like texture...so yummy. This has definitely been my go-to when I have that afternoon or late night craving for something sweet.
— Nichole D.
I initially asked for a Meal Plan because I am obese and my health was starting to worsen. I was also diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Since following this plan, I feel healthy, I have more energy, I am losing weight, and I am proud of myself. I've lost 19 lbs. and 9" in the first two weeks. I would recommend this Meal Plan to others because it tells you what to eat and the food is good and "normal".
— Terry T.
I decided to start taking ZMA 2000 because for the past few years, I have been unable to sleep for longer than three hours without waking. I had tried many over-the-counter therapies, including melatonin, without any luck and was just accepting that this was my new sleep pattern. After the first night of taking ZMA 2000, I slept 4.5 hours without waking. I fell right back to sleep and slept through the rest of the night. I continue to get around 4 or more hours of uninterrupted sleep after 3 weeks of using this. I have noticed a significant change in how I feel and in my energy levels throughout the day.
— Michelle M.
I asked for a Meal Plan because I wanted to build more muscle and I didn't know how to feed my body correctly. In the first two weeks, I began feeling stronger and more energized, and my arms seemed more cut. I also found that the food prep was easier than expected. Now, after 6 weeks, I feel great! I can definitely tell my torso is slimming down while my arms and chest have become more defined. My workout partner says he can now see my back muscles when doing cables. I feel stronger and continue to lift heavier weights. Everything's going great!
— Sam S.
I really like the Cocoa Hazelnut! It has the consistency of brownie batter and tastes like it too. I use it like I would use peanut butter on a piece of toasted bread. It is a great mid-morning snack at work to get me through the morning and give me a boost. I just leave the jar in our break room refrigerator and leave the bread there too. I let my co-workers try it because they were curious and surprised that it was actually good for you. It is sweet, but not grossly sweet so I have it with coffee, and no guilt!
— Sharon V.
My favorite G Butters are Brownie Batter and Sugar Cookie. I have eaten them straight off of a spoon, dipped an apple in them, and spread them on rice cakes. All three ways are delicious!
— Jen B.
My favorite G Butter flavor is Cinnamon Bun but I also like Cookie Dough. I have been eating them straight out of the jar. However, this morning I spread some Cinnamon Bun on a rice cake for breakfast. Delicious!
— Michelle S.
I started taking HIIT-R because I like variety and it is different than the other classes I have been taking. I like it because it is challenging and time flies by! It is a fun and challenging workout that pushes you. The people in class are very supportive and fun!
— Kelly C.
I decided to take HIIT-R for three reasons - it would build muscle, it would assist in rapid fat loss, and it is the future trend in fitness. I like the combination of weights and strength exercises. I also like the challenge of a new class. Most of all, everyone is so supportive which makes the class a lot of fun!
— Kristi S.
I love HIIT - R! I like that I am pushing myself to work out so that I almost feel as though I can't breathe and my heart is trying to jump out of my chest. And after class is over, I’m a bit wobbly from the work out. It goes so quickly that I don’t think too long about it until it's over.
— Linda C.
I've been working with Sharon for 4+ years and have taken a variety of classes including Cross Training Circuits (also known as Boot Camp), Metabolic Explosion Training, and Personal Training. High Intensity Interval Training + Resistance is the latest class I've tried and I'm hooked. I'm so glad that I tried it. Everyone does the same moves but you can customize the resistance to your level and push yourself forward. I'd recommend this class to anyone who is looking to switch things up a bit. And as with all of Sharon's classes, the people are great and you'll laugh while you are pushing yourself to new limits.
— Julie M.
For the past year, my sleep has been interrupted almost nightly. I wake up at 3:30 am and have trouble falling back to sleep and often I'm awake for a couple of hours. Taking ZMA 2000 has really helped! Most nights I sleep without waking and on the few nights that I do wake, I quickly fall back to sleep. It is great to be able to get a good night's sleep again.
— Leisa F.
I microwaved the Sugar Cookie G Butter. Super good cookie! Then I licked the spoon and it tastes good right of the jar too. :)
— Gillian A.
I had Sugar Cookie for breakfast - LOVE IT - even as much as Brownie Batter! I will choose my flavor each day depending on if I am in the mood for chocolate or not. I prefer both as cookies over eating them as spreads straight out of the jar.
When I first tried the Brownie Batter, I microwaved it and loved the brownie that it made! Then the next day I spread a thin layer of Brownie Batter between tea biscuits and made my own healthy sandwich cookies. Delicious!

I tried the Brownie Batter and wow!!! I just stirred it and ate a tablespoon of it! It tasted like I was eating uncooked brownie batter!!! And I love licking the utensil when I mix regular brownie mix - almost more than eating the brownies after they are cooked. I tried the G Butter microwaved too!! Still awesome. I could eat it either way!

I made my own healthy peanut butter sandwich cookies. I simply mixed PB2 with enough water to make it easy to spread evenly on tea biscuits, and then topped each one off with another biscuit. It really tasted good – almost reminded me of Nutter Butters, but better for you!
After throwing out my back, I quickly turned to DPL therapy twice a day for the first 3 days then once a day for the next 4 days. Along with light stretching, I have been able to still go to work and get things done. This is exciting because in the past, the same injury would completely sideline me for at least a day, and I wouldn’t have healed this much already. I think I’m ready to return to taking Metabolic Explosion Training twice a week.

The basic online nutrition package has helped me balance out my eating, is giving me ideas for healthy snacks and meals, and is simple to use. I like the different meal plan options and the ability to swap out foods. This app is user friendly and super helpful!

I initially met Sharon through a Core Strength class she was instructing. After about 3 sessions, I knew I wanted to see if we would be a good fit for personal training. I took one personal training session and was instantly sure this was for me, and signed up for a 12 week package, meeting twice a week. I was looking for someone who would listen to what I wanted to accomplish and help with my motivation. I wanted to be instructed in correct form and not be embarrassed by my lack of physicality. Sharon listened to my goals and we discussed them, from the weights I am comfortable with, learning appropriate body movements, and knowing that it took a while for my body to get in the shape it is and it will take time to see results. I have two personal goals: a chin up with or without assistance and regular push ups. I’ve already noticed that my strength has increased in my arms, legs and core. I am using muscles I didn’t know existed and physically/emotionally feel the best I have in a long time. I like EVERYTHING about working with Sharon. It doesn’t matter if you are in shape, out of shape, body or weight size. Sharon really listens and has designed a program specific to me and my goals. I’d like to tell anyone who is considering personal training to just do it! Age is not a “thing”, body weight is not a “thing”. Women tend to be caregivers. We always find time to help out family, friends and others, but when it comes to us, we don’t seem to be able to find the time. If we don’t take care of ourselves, who will? There is no reason not to start. There is no excuse. You will feel empowered and proud of yourself once you take the first step. I wish I would have started personal training with Sharon sooner.

I hope my journey inspires someone on theirs, or inspires someone to start a new journey. I stepped on the scale today, and I almost couldn’t believe it. I've made some great gains in muscle and overall strength, plus I'm down 25 lbs. I keep doing it for progress, not perfection, and I'm not done yet! Big thanks to Sharon for challenging me in Cross Training Circuits and keeping me motivated along the way!

Peanut Butter Cup G butter is yummy - the only way I tried it was by the spoon out of the jar! I just need to figure out how to just eat a serving size instead of a quarter of the jar at one sitting.

I really like the new Graham Cracker UMP!!! I mixed it with chocolate Muscle Provider!!!! Yum!!
I’ve eaten the Brownie Batter and Peanut Butter Cup G Butters straight out of the jar, and also microwaved into cookies. One word describes them – Delicious!
The Ranch seasoning is amazing on popcorn. I've also repeatedly used the Bacon Lover’s and Cheese seasonings in omelets. And I added the Chocolate Donut seasoning to French toast. Very tasty!

I have used protein shakes for almost a decade. I’ve tried many brands and flavors thru the years. I switched to the chocolate Muscle Provider as a meal replacement for breakfast, almost daily. I also use it before workouts. It is very cost effective. It mixes well with almost anything! It’s great with oats, peanut butter, hazlenut butter, bananas, milk, water or even spinach. It is creamy, and not grainy like some protein powders. And it gives me energy to push thru busy days and hard workouts. I highly recommend trying Muscle Provider. I can’t wait to try the vanilla!

I am addicted to these seasonings! Saute shrimp in a pan with a touch of olive oil and sprinkle Bacon Lover's seasoning on. Really good taste and the seasoning had some crunch after sauteing which made it even more enjoyable. Thumbs Up. I also use Bacon Lover's along with the Cheese seasoning on baked potatoes, broccoli, brussel sprouts, and chicken. Brussels spouts can be bitter so the seasonings make them more tasty. If there's no skin on the chicken you can rub the Bacon Lover's and/or the Cheese right on it, although I tend to use it more on the outside with skin on. And for dessert, I sprinkle the Chocolate Donut seasoning on ice cream.

TRX class is different and challenging. I like it because it's really fun and you do not realize how hard you are working. It is a great workout!

I signed up for MET after taking two sessions of Cross Training Circuits. It is so much fun, always different, and you are surrounded by supportive people. It's a great class especially if you want a little more after taking CTC. It's a great workout and you will feel great when you are done!

I had been taking Get Fit 101 classes for awhile (maybe 5 months), and I felt like my fitness had improved enough and I was familiar enough with the exercises that I was ready for a more challenging class. I think my first MET class actually was one of Sharon's holiday classes - Memorial Day of 2016. I knew it would be harder. I'll be honest though - I was not prepared for the Finishers! That took, and still takes, some getting used to. I love MET and the variety that comes with it. I feel so much better about being me. I've lost some weight, I feel more fit and I think I look more fit. I really like the variety that Sharon's studio provides. All the equipment (toys) we get to work with each week keeps the class interesting. I look forward to seeing what exercises Sharon has written on the board when I arrive. I also really enjoy the other class participants and the discussions we have. Sharon promotes a very friendly atmosphere in her studio. If you are considering trying MET for the first time, it is a bit hard at first, and you'll be more sore than you will admit, but it is also so very, very worth it. Once you have taken MET for a 6-week session, I think you'll be hooked - I was!

I took TRX class to try something different, I've never taken a class like it before and really enjoyed it. I liked that it was tough and easy at the same time, I left the class not feeling as sweaty as I would have thought but the next day knew exactly what areas I worked out. I would highly recommend taking this class at least once. I am looking forward to taking it again.

I initially started taking personal training sessions with Sharon to make a "scheduled" class that I otherwise would find other reasons not to do. My goals were to feel better in general; gain some strength and tone; ultimately to maybe lose some weight. Since working with her, I have learned a wider range of exercises, and how to do them correctly. I’m noticing more muscle mass and a little more strength than before. I also do not have some of the side pains that I was previously told was scar tissue on one side and a lipoma on other. Pain is for the most part gone. I would recommend to others that they should give personal training a try, because you never know if you’ll like until you do. You can choose how long, and how often you go. I can be having a really bad day, and when I leave, I usually am smiling.
