The new high protein cake mixes have really helped me during Girl Scout cookie season and several birthdays that have come up. The Cocoa Crave (chocolate) is my favorite. I love how easy and quick the cakes are to make. I always split the batter into two bowls and microwave them together. I only eat half of a bowl at a time so I get 4 servings out of one mix. It gives me just enough sweet to get through my craving. I haven’t had to use a frosting or the sprinkles either! Definitely worth trying!!
