For a quick protein pudding, stir the protein into the yogurt until well blended. Eat immediately, refrigerate, or freeze to enjoy later. Vanilla protein and peach yogurt is shown.

This simple recipe has nearly endless combinations of tastes. You can mix vanilla protein with strawberry, peach, raspberry or cherry yogurt. Or add chocolate protein to any of these flavors for a completely different taste.
