Greek Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, peeled and cubed
  • 2/3 cup low fat plain Carbmaster yogurt, or any high protein, low sugar yogurt
  • 9 oz. neufchatel cheese
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
  • 2 teaspoon dill, fresh

Instructions

Serve this light and refreshing Greek Dip with cut vegetables.

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Fold in cucumber. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
