- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and cubed
- 2/3 cup low fat plain Carbmaster yogurt, or any high protein, low sugar yogurt
- 9 oz. neufchatel cheese
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
- 2 teaspoon dill, fresh
Serve this light and refreshing Greek Dip with cut vegetables.
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Fold in cucumber. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
