- 8 oz. crab meat
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 2/3 cup mandarin oranges, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 5 tablespoons red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, chopped, optional
Crab salsa is a fun twist on a popular condiment.
