What Is Core Strength?
A strong core is key to being able to perform simple everyday activities and excelling in physical activities. Participants will be led through exercises targeting the core to strengthen physical abilities. This class is beneficial to participants of all fitness levels and is designed to complement Boot Camp, Metabolic Explosion Training, or Personal Training sessions.
What Should I Expect?
You will be led through a series of exercises that focus on strengthening your core.
What Do I Need To Know Ahead Of Time?
Wear appropriate and comfortable clothes and shoes. Cross-trainers are suggested for this class. Bring water, a towel if you need one, and a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, you can buy one from me and have it waiting for you. Contact me now to arrange this.
