A one hour group class for all fitness levels. Don’t let the name intimidate you. Exercises are modified or progressed, depending on the individual.

What Should I Expect?
A warm up, a cool down, and in between – you will be led through a combination of cardio intervals, plyometrics, body weight exercises, partner resistance, group challenges, strength training, and balance and mobility movements.
What Do I Need To Know Ahead Of Time?
Wear appropriate and comfortable clothes and shoes. Cross-trainers are suggested for this class. Bring water, a towel if you need one, and a yoga mat. If you do not have a mat, you can buy one from me and have it waiting for you. Contact me now to arrange this.
When Are Classes Held?
Class schedules and registration can be found at Anderson Park District Beech Acres. You can choose to attend 1 or 2 nights a week. For maximum benefit, it is recommended that you commit to 2x/week.
