Sharon Chamberlin is a certified personal fitness trainer in through the American Council on Exercise, certified by the Fitness Consulting Group in Metabolic Training, and a Fitness Nutrition Coach through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association.
She trained for two years under the watchful eye of four- time IFBB Figure Olympia Champion Nicole Wilkins.
Sharon worked in the corporate world, both private and public sector, for about 20 years, where she handled situations including anthrax scares, bomb threats, managing government facilities during 9/11, SWAT teams, lost guns, and more.
Since opening her studio in May 2012, she enjoys helping others improve their self-esteem and self-image, be proud of their bodies and their accomplishments, and have fun while doing it.
Sharon was accepted onto the Reader Advisory Board for Women’s Health magazine, is a panelist on the NBA/WNBA Fan Forum, and a Lifestyle Advisor for Active.com.

She has authored more than thirty articles that are published on the ShapeFit website and has been a featured writer in their newsletters and on their website.
Cincinnati.com published an article describing the services she offers, including her mobile boot camp classes that come to your location.
The American Academy of Health and Fitness has published several of her articles in their e-magazine the Gamut of Life which is distributed to more than 25,000 health and fitness professionals.
