What do these have in common? Just ask Tina Thompson. She is now the leading scorer in the WNBA with 6273 points and the season isn't over yet. After a star-studded college career at USC, she entered the WNBA in its infancy, in 1997. Since then she has won 4 WNBA titles, voted to play in 7 All-Star games, and won 2 Olympic gold medals. She ranks in the top 15 in the league in points per game, free-throw percentage, minutes per game, total minutes played, field goals made, three-point goals attempted and made, points, and double-doubles. Impressive, huh?
Support the WNBA! Tina is just one of the many talented athletes who are playing for the love of the game.

Well, a study was just released that says "...cancer cells can readily metabolize fructose to increase proliferation."
Here a brief overview of the study. It's definitely worth the 5 minutes to read it!
