May 19 marks the 1 year anniversary of the opening of my Catalyst 4 Fitness Studio.

If you know me pretty well, you are probably expecting me to reflect over the past year, listing my successes and struggles, the number of people I've worked with, the number of pounds they've lost, the number of inches they've shed, and my goals for the next 1, 3, and 5 years.

Nope.

Instead, I'm applying the KISS principle.

I offer a sincere thank you to everyone who has given me the opportunity to work with them.  I've met some incredible people and forged friendships with many.  I'm a better person now because of you.  I hope that I have helped you at least as much as you have me.  I know I can't be everything to everyone but I will continue to try and be the best that I can.
