3 Exercise Ladder Workout

This is a fat-burning total body ladder circuit that can be performed anywhere with a pull up bar or something comparable like on a jungle gym in a park.

Bodyweight Squats

Push Ups

Chin Ups.

You will complete 10 rounds of these 3 exercises, lowering the number of reps in each consecutive round, making it a "ladder" circuit.

 

Start with 30 BW Squats, 20 Push Ups, and 10 Chin Ups.  Then do....

 

27 BW Squats, 18 Push Ups, 9 Chin Ups

24 BW Squats, 16 Push Ups, 8 Chin Ups

21 BW Squats, 14 Push Ups, 7 Chin Ups

18 BW Squats, 12 Push Ups, 6 Chin Ups

15 BW Squats, 10 Push Ups, 5 Chin Ups

12 BW Squats, 8 Push Ups, 4 Chin Ups

9 BW Squats, 6 Push Ups, 3 Chin Ups

6 BW Squats, 4 Push Ups, 2 Chin Ups and finally

3 BW Squats, 2 Push Ups, and 1 Chin Up.
