a formula.

All you need to know is what each symbol stands for. I am sure I could sell this for $299, $399, or maybe even $699 and make a fortune. I mean look at all of the fads that people waste their money on! Shake weights. Balance bracelets. There are just too many to list here. But I’ve decided to give it away for free. I’m doing it because it’s the right thing to do. Too many Americans are fat, and the fatter they are, the more difficulty they have walking up and down stairs, bending down to play with their children or grandchildren, or to pet their dog; the more difficulty they have sitting and standing, getting out of cars or sliding in and out of restaurant booths; and the higher their health care insurance costs are, and the higher yours and mine are going to go.
Here is the answer to the formula, and I’ve made it even simpler than having to define each and every symbol. Once I share this though, you have to agree to follow them. How does that sound? Fair? I think so. Here goes.
H(U) = calories in
H(Q) = calories out
If H(U) > H(Q), then you are going to gain weight.
If H(Q) > H(U), then you are going to lose weight.
H(U) and H(Q) are both defined through exercise and nutrition. It’s really that simple. I was going to post this on April 1st for April Fool’s Day but this isn’t a joke. It can be this easy. Now some of you might be upset right now, and even thinking that you knew this already and you wasted your time reading this post. Maybe. But if you are overweight, then why aren’t you doing what you know?
